I know this when my 2,000 usd worth of doge got to 88,000 usd I cashed it. If I hodled a little  longer it would have been 350,000 usd.

It is weird to have 80k plus profits and feel disappointed.

My partner hodled his shares of doge until it hit 350,000 and he did not cash until it dropped to around 100,000 usd so he did better but was also disappointed. To think you will do this with any coin no matter what it is you are not realistic.

I totally agree with you simply holding bitcoin is hard to get rich as past parabolic runs gone and won't be seen again. We will still have bull runs but at smaller growths.

So people must dig into the past cycles, learn about Psychology of market cycle and try to take profit in bull market around all time high, and wait patiently like 1 years to 2 years to buy bitcoin at cheaper price. It will help them to increase their bitcoin then from 0.3 BTC, it can become 0.5 BTC or more.

I know finding all time high is hard so I would like to see the all time high, miss it but will sell at a little bit lower price, and wait to buy back. I would like to wait about 1 year and a half to buy back.

For me and I am an OG so to have made the 200,000 I made maybe 300,000 since 2012 was not so hard as I cashed in often to secure profits and did not always reinvest the coin. I can honestly say I should have made 2-3 million not 200-300k. But that is the way of doing high risk investing with BTC.

Just keep in mind that the same way Bitcoin has increased 9000$ in price since the beginning of the investment, it could have also gone the way round -9000$. On short term everything is expected to happen and you were lucky to invest on the right time. However, it could have taken years until you have some profit from your investment. So, always be prepared to hold BTC for longer periods of time, if necessary, and don't expect profit is always going to be made easily like you did in the current situation.

I think investing in bitcoins is much better than keeping money in the bank. But one thing to keep in mind here is that you should not be impatient with Bitcoin investing. Of course, the investment should be held until the investment is successful. But Bitcoin investment is not good for everyone, Bitcoin investment is good for those who can hold it for long term. What OP had said is the reality. When we don't have the ability to risk, we won't end up earning big. Same time when the risk factor isn't handled well, we end up losing which might end our interest into cryptocurrency. Having a career into bitcoin is possible, but the same need to be experimented with small amount and further the same can be increased. As it stands today, bitcoin is a solid sub-industry already with little to no improvements needed, so you can't really penetrate the corporate scene in it anymore. Crypto on the other hand, now we're talking. Crypto is a massively improving industry with growth bigger than your pre-pubescent years. Yes, building a project requires experience, skill, and money as well, but you do not have to be a university graduate specializing in information technology. There are many people who have gained experience and developed their skills independently using self-learning without being university graduates. In addition, if you have money, you can hire people with experience and they build your project.

You're right, we don't need to graduate from university majoring in information technology, and what I want to say is. At least you need to have good knowledge and skills in programming to be able to do that. But the idea of spending money to hire someone else to do a project for you, while you have no knowledge about it, I think this idea is not a wise thought. It's like you just want to create a project to make money temporarily without the intention of building it long term and pursuing it.
