If you are planning to work on any crypto project here in Bitcointalk, you need to prepare a portfolio. I don't think they would be interested much if you have a newbie account and no portfolio to back up. You should show the results that you have and probably show that you are serious with buying copper membership etc.

Just as said, include those projects that you have worked for since they are already a lot to say if they were 5 projects already.

It is more appealing if most of them are successful but regardless of that, you have the experience in working with crypto projects.

Another thing is to find them on other freelance marketplaces like Upwork and other the same platforms.

IIRC, you may find then as well in LinkedIn. Just try to search for the right keyword based on your niche.

Checking your profile you're already here for three years, you know the drill here if you're offering a service buying copper is not only a nice idea it's a great idea because you can post images with a copper account but you already have enough activity to rank up you only need one merit with the majority of your post on bounty, you will struggle to get one.
It is better to formalize your thread like all the other reputable campaign managers here to attract clients.

Two years but there are not much contribution from you in the forum. I think any forum member or crypto projects will only think to ask help from someone who has contributed in the forum and have a good track record of working with others.

Copper membership may help to showcase your previous work but you still need a good rank and reputation.

I'm also in the Community manager and moderation department within the crypto space. I do no pretend to be ignorant of the challenges associated with job hunting in this department. However, I have come to note that relationship is key in getting jobs. I have good ties with a person or two and they do not hesistate to fill me in when there are jobs to handle. Leverage on relationships to expand your job search.
