Good! I think it will be better if you put your license on your website's footer. Users will be able to know that you are a licensed casino and won't have further questions. I just checked and it seems you have that said in your ToS page but if you check competitors, you'll see that almost all of them have license included on main page.

Well they said that they are going to offer games in BTC later, so maybe it can stay here as it can attract more gamblers as we frequented this board.

the moment your casino's tom mentions that they can ask for documents then your casino can ask for KYC, so you can't keep saying things like: "no kyc" in this thread when your casino's tom says otherwise. You need to choose: remove the kyc that is in the tos and keep the title of your thread or remove the "no kyc" in the thread title and keep the kyc in the tos of your casino. because the way it is currently is false advertising, people looked at the title of this thread, they won't read the TOS and they will create an account at your casino and after depositing money and wanting to withdraw they will be faced with a kyc request, so I don't think that It's fair. and I need to be very clear and honest with people
