I don't think this is something important for us to fight for, if you don't have money then don't gamble... it's really a hassle and if we have enough savings then it would be better if we used the money for more useful things such as investing or saving funds. Well, referring to what you said, there is nothing wrong with that. I agree, young people need sensation and fun.  however, fun is not just for the young. even, people in old age. The difference is, young people who engage in gambling sessions tend to be careless, reckless, and have emotional outbursts. and I, have been in that position. different from people who have reached adulthood. Since gambling is not a job, there shouldn't be any discussion about retirement. You don't retire from watching TV, or reading books, or sunbathing. The only thing close to this would be stopping to partake in sport activities, but in that case, can we really talk about retiring. Imagine asking your grandpa if he retired from riding a bicycle? I know people who were in their 70s running, working out, doing all the things they used to do when they were young, but at slower pace.
