Potential scam aside, you should probably post this on the Announcement or discussion board, since it doesn't look like you're trying to get inputs or build a project at all. I do agree that you need to solve that blacklist first before encouraging users to visit your website if you're serious about it. With how competitive exchange landscape has become, it is hard to see how you'll stay afloat with your current proposal.

Previously, they were on the domain findpex.com, which has expired https://web.archive.org/web/20230401191245/http://findpex.com/
It seems that because of the exposed scams in the past, they decided to start a new life in a new domain.

This seems to be an instant exchange where you can convert from Bitcoin to Tether or Bitcoin to Fiat (RUB) or vice versa. But it only supports the Russian currency Ruble.

I would usually not trust any random instant or P2P exchange unless there are some good positive reviews and the site is trusted one.

Just going randomly to the site, I didn't find the exchange rate to be of any value. Where for 1 bitcoin you will get less than 32000$ while the current bitcoin price is well over 34000$. Even if anyone wanted to use the site, the exchange rate isn't a realistic one.

It's not worth the effort and praise, mate. The site is probably a scam if you take your time to read up the replies and findings above. I will be surprised if the OP himself comes back to this ANN to defend his scam because he has been exposed.

Just read the replies about you might get a clue, but if you are expecting an answer from OP then it's unfortunate you might not get any as he may not log in here again. That's what scammers do most of the time.

If it's truly scam, then they couldn't scam anyone since their site currently isn't working where CloudFlare says "Connection timed out Error code 522". I guess nobody fell for their trick, so they don't bother check or maintain their website.
