The name DestinyX sounds like an altcoin project but this is not true. It's a cool casino site whose UI/UX is very impressive to look at.

Just browsing the DestinyX casino site until now still not signed up, one more thing as said by others there are some can't access the site due to restrictions but by changing DNS I managed to enter this DestinyX casino.
Many times to enter other casinos I always change DNS and do not have any problems.
We would like to know how you run your promotions as a forum member interest.

I thought i would really be seeing another some copy-paste kind of thing which there are actually some shit casinos been doing this.
I have seen the design isnt really that half bad either, when it comes to KYC then i havent checked it out but to assume

welcome to the forum, it seems to me that you are not the owner of this casino, that's because from what I see you are putting referrals link, this casino is not new in itself, in my opinion, because according to the casino's TOS " Last updated : 18 July 2023 " shows that the casino already existed a few months ago and also looking at the reviews that are on trustpilot and the casino, I have to realize that this casino has been operating for some time now, I don't know why the casino didn't come soon enough created ann thread here on the forum earlier

But it gets strange when you see a scenario like this where the casino has existed for many months and no one came to create a new thread here on the forum, but now you appear and create a thread with a referral link. Very nice to have you guys in the bitcointalk community, I can see the warm reception giving to you guys by other members of the forum and so far all comments has been a commendable one either  about your sites domain, theme outlook etc, and it's cool to see that the DestinyX.com are a casino and sports betting site combined for it's an advantage here for you guys, and as the name implies "destiny" if you guys can be able to  pull a good campaign review and a long signature promotion your  future in the forum would be profitable to your company as a lot of members are yet to know about your casino.

What I want to ask is about the use of VPN, it's seems you guys have a particular recommended VPN for users from restricted locations does it mean that peradventure any issues arises that affects the user's account through the use of the VPN you guys are sure to wage in and not distant yourself from it as not been liable to the issue thereby blaming it on the user's use of VPN as other gambling sites are known to have acted.

I think you guys need to investigate your "restricted" country list, because I am not from a restricted country and I am also getting the restricted country warning. I enabled the VPN for countries that I know that are not on the restricted list and it gives me the same error. 

I play without a VPN on many other Crypto casinos without any problems, so your list must be super strict or you might have a glitch in the system.

In any way, I will check in again.. to see if this was resolved.

I'm having no issue accessing this new casino, maybe because I have set my DNS to google DNS. Maybe they have too strict IP detecting system so it makes too many IPs blocked although most people are not coming from the restricted countries. Anyway I do not really see something new in this casino, I wonder what makes this casino different to others except about their BXC token so I created a throw-away account to check. I see they have VIP program with some perks such as daily, weekly and monthly bonus but there is no detail information about how it is being calculated. The only information is that the more we bet, the bigger bonus we will get.

Unfortunately, op have not posted a single comment here since my last comment and query yesterday, I just checked his profile and saw that he was online today around 8 am (forum time), I personally believe that he's been here and have read all the comment and questions but I am also confused as to why he hasn't tried to address some of them.

Anyways, you have advised well, marketing the casino through a signature ad campaign is also something I and several other forum users have suggested to the op, hopefully, he is already making arrangement for that.

There are several online gambling casinos this days, the competition is very high, and only those who spend good time and money on marketing will stand high at the end of the day, I hope op takes the marketing suggestions serious.

From what I can see from your post history, you are a person who has used most of the good casinos on this forum and placed a large amount of money. Now something that I think you could make a mistake, is that as you were disappointed with all the casinos you used because they had limits and also didn't give high bonuses while you were playing with a lot of money, you decided to use newly created casinos thinking that with that you will get what you want. . but you are forgetting that many new casinos do not start with a large bankroll capable of supporting giving high bonuses to customers who play with a lot of money and even if you contact the casino support and reach an agreement

So start asking yourself what will happen when you create an account at a recently opened casino and deposit more than 1 million dollars? Do you expect the casino to give you a high bonus on a weekly and monthly basis? Do you really not consider the possibility of the new casino disappearing with the 1 million dollars you deposit or blocking you and accusing you of having too many accounts? because we have to think this way: why would very new casinos pay you high bonuses if they could simply disappear with all the money you deposited? If the new casino remained and you were winning a lot, how will they pay you for the winnings and bonuses?

I hope you start to be very careful with new casinos, and be careful with the proposals they may make to you when you get in touch with them. Theres also a possibility that its actually not his site and this is a play to try and get some referrals to sign up. The tracking link he has is kind of weird tbh, if i was running the campaign i would name the identifier in a way that makes sense.

There are many great managers who can help you provide the best service if you want their services to promote your project. I like the ANN design of your project. The website also looks good.
To perfect your project, I recommend hiring reliable and professional managers without me needing to mention their names because they are very experienced in the managerial field.

Looks like they are not interested in anything that we are saying because OP is not really into  having good plans for bitcointalk community of all their players.

as a new player in this market, they should be active in addressing concerns even small ones. maybe in the beginning, it is understandable because some reps need the go signal from their admin about what to say to people. however, they need to act fast as some people are waiting for their fast response. otherwise, they will lose potential players.
but checking the site, they have seemingly strict kyc rules. so i guess, that's one factor that some gamblers here will be hesitant about.

Op last active was on the November 02, 2023, 08:16:05 AM. And I don't think they just came and left but probably they facing some challenges and that is why they are offline in the forum but as for the casino, the support team is there to help and any question about the casino. You don't have to blame them for not active at the moment. If the casino is active and then there is no need to complain. Though they are to answer questions arise from the casino without going to the customer care. But here they representative of the casino and the main customers care is the support team.

This is not something new and happens many times with new casinos that has just came to this forum but lets give for more few days to see whether OP will come back or not.
OP started this thread well so I dont think they will waste the opportunity to use this forum as one of the available places to advertise his casino, unless he is losing interest already.
I havent explored this casino, just did a quick visit but I have to be honest that I do not see something special.
What makes me wonder is about their withdrawal limit since they claim that they have no maximum withdrawal limit, players can withdraw as much as they want.

Perhaps, we could argue whoever is behind this casino has other communities as priorities, or the person in charge of this account was only instructed to go around internet and make one announcement of this casino to grab some attention and then immediately move onto the next webpage or forum they could find, it is one of the cheapest and most basic ways to advertise a new service, regardless of the nature of it.
Either way, if anyone around here was interested in depositing into this place and expected some quick customer service in case something goes wrong, this is indeed a pretty bad first impression.
This representative may come bad, though, either because the priority changed or they decided to hire more people to work as community managers.
