I think not many people are predicting $40K-$45K, but $34k-$35k - yes. In cryptocurrency there is no guarantee neither of decreasing prices nor of increasing values. Everything is possible in crypto market sometimes a person will win and sometimes a person will loss but there is a predication about halving in which all those person who hold bitcoin will definitely be in profit if halving become sure.

We are not far from 40k$ because there is a little gap between 37k$ and 40k$ so price can reach to 40k$ in recent year. There is no information that when will halving ends but those will be wise who understand the higher price soon and sell their bitcoin because as soon they sell bitcoin during halving more they will be profited.

Have bit problem for bitcoin raised to $40,000 regarding last day Binance founder CZ faced problem with SEC Commission and he sacked from his position and replaced by Richard Teng as new Binance CEO manager. Yesterday when bad news with CZ, bitcoin drop almost to $36,000 but today have good moving and bitcoin raised up again to $37,000 above. I sure BTC target $40,000 its not really difficult although have bad news yesterday still not huge impact and price keep going up until today.

My prediction, bitcoin will raise to $40,000 at the end of this year exactly close halving will make it easy for bitcoin raise with that target price but Binance not face new problem any more with their new CEO manager. Don't repeat the same mistake made by CZ and difficult when facing SEC will make bad news bitcoin will drop drastically.

I expected the correction as well, but no more, it seems we are in a full bullish season and Bitcoin might continue to rise higher without any meaningful bearish movements. The truth is that Bitcoin is a very promising asset at this time, everyone is trying to own their bit of the coin and, the fact we are very close to the halving season where much of a post-halving effects could cause people to multiply their return on investment, die-hard investors are buying Bitcoin and are not moving out their money to avoid missing out such as it happened to many in the past. People are ready to commit their money to Bitcoin and not look back for the next 1 year, and because of this, Bitcoin will not make a tangible bearish movement.
