Recently, lamina1 airdropped beta tokens to active users of discord and zealy, it's claim ended yesterday but there will be new one for unclaimed tokens during this month's end, to be eligible for it criteria is same as before, be active user of discord and zealy.

Can we have all potential airdrops in one thread and rank them from best to worst.  I feel like many of them wouldn't be worth our time and it would be good to make everybody aware if so and leave it to the reader if he still wants to farm the airdrop.

There's also another one that I've stopped participating in as I'm starting to feel it's just a waste of my time.  I'm talking about the Venom testnet.  I feel like it's a scam...  What do you guys think?

I also have this fear, it seems like airdrops are in the hype, and everything that becomes trendy exponentially increases the risk of falling for scams.

I've thought about trying to participate in some, but there's so much time involved and dedicated that I'm already discouraged.

I don't wanna rank them because I'm not sure about them either lol, I don't think anyone is, because it's all random state of affairs, sometimes airdrops you faded cause you thought it's not worth then it turns out big (happened to me with Jito).

Anyway, I think one of the best ways to know if a project's airdrop could be worth it or not is if there are VC's that made a hefty investment in the project.  Who their devs are is another thing to look out for.  If the dev team is composed of guys who were part of a legit and popular procotol's core dev team then it could be worth our time.

And finaly, the community...  If it's getting more traction then all the more it should go up the list.

I'd leave that to the reader, I only post projects that I think are good, then it's up to the reader. I have kinda high hopes from Lamina tbh, let's see how it goes.

So...  If you were asked which projects' Discords are worth joining to vibe with?  I joined the Worm Hole one and I know there's airdrop implications but their Discord seem a little bit botted.  Feels like I'm talking to a script.

Tough question, I'm joined in hundreds of discords, I only check few channels out of those, and that too only 'announcements', tbh there are few projects which gave airdrop for being active in discord and that's  too much mental strain to try to be active in all hoping for airdrop.

Better just throw hundred dollars in project you think are good, and you'll make it. Quantity reserved for dapp users with real $ tend to exceed far more than other measures anyway.

Yup, no they won't.  Lol.  A good community has a cult like feeling of like minded people getting together trying to achieve a common goal.  And that's to get an allocation through an airdrop and hope to have those bags pump 100x and sell them at the pico top of the bull market.    But the last part is the unspoken goal but the real goal.  And I won'r believe it for one bit of not one of the people in the space are thinking the same thing.  :/

But anyway, yeah...  A project that has a cult following behind it tends to outlast the projects that don't.  Bitcoin is the best example of this.
