You will agree with me that in our present country, It is not the most hard working that is the richest but the most smart working. The hardest labor and jobs are no longer the highest paying jobs, people sit at home and make the total money for a year that just a hard worker and not a smart worker can make. Life expectancy for Nigerians dey short because of bad health care and poor environment, we nor need to add stress to am, make we for nor go die quick. While we dey try to make money, we gats focus majorly on finding smartways to make money, not just depending on harwork, Hardwork alone no longer incurs success.
Some hardwork still do but you have to be smart and sometimes when you’re just lucky, you can find those type of work that pays you so much for the efforts and hardwork you put into achieving that. If you’ve found that, another major issue is the economy of the country which will make you feel as if you haven’t done enough to gather lots of money and cater for your needs always. Dis is just another point that makes us feel that hardwork doesn’t pay enough like before. With this type of economy, looking for multiple source of income to intervene for our daily needs is the best, so that we don’t end up blaming and under appreciating ourselves for the efforts we have putting into making us a better person today.
In common sense, I think hard work is more like working in an office that requires the employees to go to work at 7:30 a.m. (or 8am) and return home by 5 or 6 p.m., depending on where they are working, but smart work is more like those that work at home right on their phones or computers, and yet on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, they always have money that flows into their accounts, and most of the smart workers don't need less time, less energy, or less stress to perform their online jobs in order to get paid. I know of a freelancer and an affiliate marketer who make about $1k to $2k every month and some months more. The fact is that some people who are going from their homes to work every day and closing late are not earning even up to what some of these affiliate marketers are earning. Another example are most of these social media celebrities who make some funny and educational skits and get paid daily.
Life today don dey beyond going to work from 8-6PM. We are the new generation that are familiar with technology and we don see how far we fit dey explore dis technology into our advantage of making money. Those wey dey do the government work, most of dem no get choice that’s why dem dey there and most of dem no still get the required tech knowledge to diversify their means of earning also through tech while working from home. Today, as we don see wey life dey lead us too, we no go make mistake of letting our children not to become technologically literate at young age because na him be d koko now and e dey pay pass government works. Dat your person wey you know wey dey earn that much in a month no go even wan reason government work unless dem go pay am pass wetin him dey get for here. Online work now don supersede government work and na him be the best to dwell into now.
