You are absolutely right. Based on what you have said, I also think that a gambler should be very conscious of their balance while they are gambling. Sometimes while gambling, you can continue wagering without realizing that you have almost exhausted your gambling funds. It's when you now want to stake another round and you are notified that you have exhausted your funds. One guy had an ugly experience just today in one casino house close to my friend's  shop. According to the cashier, the gambler gambled off more than $80, which he had paid for and decided to go again, and he gambled up to $95 again. Meanwhile,  he came to the casino with $120. He gambled $175 and paid $120. He negotiated with the cashier so that he could bring the balance later, but was refused such a privilege. He just ended up bringing a public embarrassment upon himself.

It all starts with their unpreparedness in facing all the risks that are clearly very likely to occur, if there is someone who overreacts or means too emotional when the final result loses then I would say that they are not responsible gamblers. Well, that's not the case with everyone, because I'm a gambler as well, maybe not a regular one, but I do gamble sometimes when I feel like, and when I see that I'm constantly losing, even after changing the games and trying to play with the bet amounts, I take a break for some time and come back after a few hours. The reason behind that is that I realize my luck isn't working at the moment, and if I try and force it, I will only lose all my bankroll without winning anything at all.

So, what I do is I go away, come back after a few hours, sometimes even after a day, and then I start playing again, I know that it doesn't necessarily make you win once you do that, but it is at least better giving yourself another chance because what if you become lucky the next time you try?

That's very correct and I have been a victim also sometimes back , I mean it takes alot of courage my friend to actually stop playing or exhausting your funds when you are in loss and I believe only a few percentage of gamblers can actually control this because like you said the moment any money come to your hand that period when you are gambling you will practically fund all of them and start back again trying to win back your money which deepens you to more losses except you know this from the start and stop it, you would probably lose all your bankroll and more trying to win back your capital money used initially to gamble.

I think it depends on the kind of game you're gambling on, and the kind of work you're doing or how busy you're. If you get a long period of break or most at times you're less busy, then you can use a moment to quickly gamble, but personally I don't welcome it because I would lose concentration, and it could cost me my bet.

I posted these two points because I consider them more important, unfortunately when people hear things like: "look at gambling as fun", people think that gambling can be a refuge to forget about the problems they have at work , at school, at home or problems with family members or problems with friends. or in some cases they think it could be a way to overcome an addiction. but unlike other forms of fun such as singing a song, playing the viola, playing the piano, playing sports, attending art classes, traveling to many places, going to watch basketball, boxing, tennis, football, these things make your thoughts focus on what is happening

For example, a person has an argument with his wife at home because his salary isn't enough to pay all the bills, that person can't stop thinking about that argument, so that person leaves and goes to watch a football game, at that moment when that person is watching a football game, she stops thinking about the argument she had at home with her wife and when that person returns from the stadium, she returns with thoughts more focused on solving the problem and less stress and goes back to having a good conversation with her wife. but if that person had gone to play at the casino after an argument, then the problem would have gotten worse, the fight would probably have been violent because he went to play and lost while he already had little money.

What do you think should be the solution to this, because this is very relatable to most gamblers around me. They gamble till they do not have any funds to continue that is when they feel like to quit gambling at the moment. As for me i do fal in that situation especially when i exceed the time i scheduled for gambling.

It seems one need to be in that situation to learn a lesson. When it happens to a gambler multiple times after several ignorance to control these habit a gambler will find a way either to stop gambling or force himself to be disciplined. These are the two choices if he wants to avoid continous loss of funds.
