Hi, does anyone know where I can trade coins such as PLSX? I can not find it in Mexc (and it is one of the exchanges with more coins listed).

It seems I cant open an account with gate.io in my country

I understand that when trading with these coins you have to be careful because of the liquidity issue etc ... anyone with experience with trading these coins?

If you want to trade volatile coins, you can see them on common exchanges like Bybit, Mexc, Binance, OKX and many others. I mean coins among first 500 in marketcap, unlike the one you asked that is not among first 2500 coins.

Just like on the suggestion above that its never been that recommendable on dealing up with these shit things considering
that they are really that being traded into known exchangers as well. Its understandable on why you are really that planning to touch
up these low liquidity coins but if we do try to look up on the risks then i should say that its never been worth to take up the risks

When you want to traid extremely low cap coins i would reccomend caution as they tend to be scams. BUt there is money to be made aswell so i wont judge.

PLSX not only has low liquidity, but it is not listed on many platforms, which means that you will be limited to the exchange rate on that platform, even if it is low, which is a big problem if it is banned in your country, so focus on buying tokens that are available on more than one platform that you can access to ensure that there are multiple options if the platform suddenly decides not to accept your KYC papers.

Why deal with the small projects that are not even listed in good exchanges?
If you can’t find any and that token is not even listed on Coinmarketcap then better to forget it and just look for the best altcoins that are available in good exchange don’t just waste your time there and don’t be a victim of a scam project, try to look at the top altcoins to convinced yourself.

I don't know if you bought PLSX expecting it to be profitable or just got it from an airdrop or something? Honestly, I wouldn't buy a low value token especially with low liquidity, it's more risk than reward.

Avoid at all cost, even if there’s a hype I think its not worth the risk.
Why deal with low liquidity, no exchanges exposure and the project is not that popular, that’s too risky for a beginner honestly. If you can’t find that token in any exchanges better not to waste more time by looking on it, instead start searching for a good projects with a good future.

It's indeed more risk than reward to trade low liquidity altcoins mostly when one has not attained some level of mastery of trading or done well to study up enough, or even explore the wonders of copy trading and AI bots.

It's good to focus more energy on trading better coins with some degree of good returns rather than waste it away at low liquidity assets waiting to fail.

if your coin doesn't even get listed in CMC and the likes will you still invest in it honestly? its shady coin I doubt you gonna make profit, they don't even bother getting listed in CMC where even the shittiest meme coin get listed.
I mean i get it that low liquidity altcoins with its fluctuation might be beneficial for your short term investment but definitely not these meme coin that not even get listed in CMC.
but honestly you can always find such coin in dex, just paste their contract, but if its layer 1 coin, i doubt you will have easy time finding the place to trade.
just stick with quite known altcoin in my opinion, it will fare better in the long term rather than investing into these kind of coin but honestly its up to you.

Because there is more profit when you get into project very early (they usually trade on dex then). By time it's listed on cmc/cg, your potential x is wasted. These tracking sites listing doesn't help with anything anyway, they list anything everything.

It's high risk, high reward kinda thing.

If it does not appear on centralized exchange, only is available for trading at decentralized exchange, it is risky if you have the token. Don't go ahead with low liquidity Altcoins which are shitcoins and I have experience in trading with numerous shitcoins in exchanges ranging from Gate.io, MEXC  and some third class exchanges which is filled with bot manipulation. This is a trap before entering just check the market price and the buy/sell price of these tokens as there will be a huge difference in buying and selling price, reason I am mentioning this here is that people usually think that low liquidity coins have good fluctuation and it can give them quick profits and obviously that comes with a high risk factor but here even if the price increases you will not find buyer to buy shit coins as buy orders will never be even close to the market price. I have even tried other aspects like ETFs but got similar result, better to stay away from these low and low liquidity cap shitcoins.

Is there a reason why you want to trade in this low trading volume coin? it's not even listed on many exchanges.
Usually people who trade coins with low trading volume because they only want to sell their coins because it is the result of an airdrop or when they enter a pump and dump group, because coins like that will be targeted by groups where the way to make a profit is by trading pump and dump, or have you heard or read news about the development of this coin? and hope that there will be a pump that benefits you because you already have the coins.
If you want to be serious about trading and choosing a coin like that will only make you stressed because the movement will be very slow, so I suspect there is something that makes you ask about this coin.

You should definitely distinguish between "trade" and "invest" here. One of my golden rules is never to trade low market cap coins (I never trade anything under 1 billion market cap). With such coins, the swings can be triggered by very small orders and shoot you out of the market, so they are much more difficult to assess than Bitcoin, ETH and co.

If you like the thrill, you can bet on x1000 leverage with Bitcoin, which will give you roughly the same result.

With small cap coins, people think they can find hidden gems but they have to gamble with hidden gems that mostly won't make them a fortune but big loss. Small cap coins can be from small developers team with limited resources to build up their projects and don't have good marketing too.

Big cap coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum are safest choices in cryptocurrency market and if an investor can hold Bitcoin or Ethereum, profit will come. Less risk, more safety and profit is like guarantee. They will not find it with hidden gems and risk to lose money through hidden gems is very big.

With small cap coins, small trading volume and big buying or selling order can cause price change a lot. Big investors don't pick hidden gems as their most favorite because of price slip from their big orders.

If you are going to trade this or similar coins only because you think you are going to get a lot of profit from it then I would suggest you don't do it because it's not worth the risk that you will have to take. I know that new and unpopular coins have the potential to gain substantial value after some time if they manage to get enough recognition but that doesn't happen with every project and this is why it will be a total waste of your money if the project doesn't live up to your expectations.

So, don't look at the risk : reward ratio of such coins being high and choose them only based on that and go for more secure cryptocurrencies that might not give you that high returns but they will at least stay around and don't have the possibility of a rug pull or the project becoming a complete failure after some time.

Nobody bothers you to keep most of your main portfolio in Bitcoin, and at the same time buy several tokens that, in your opinion, can show very good growth, but another question is whether you can find that same token among thousands that can grow so much that it it was worth the time. Tokens with low liquidity are easier to manipulate, this is true, and if you see that in this token there is a manipulator that accumulates a position and you expect that there will be growth, then you can try to take advantage of this, but I would not place high hopes on such investments.
