Even free VPNs like Turbo can mask IP and have a lot of locations to choose even for free users so if you haven't used Turbo yet then try which is available on Windows as well as Android.
Also, clear Caches and cookies after connecting to the VPN before accessing your browser, and if you are using Chrome then switch to Mozilla because in Chrome location access is enabled by default which can leak your IP despite you are connected via a proxy network.
