I have been seeing a lot of threads and comments concerning shit post and low quality posts in this our local board and I believe everyone of us is putting all hands on deck to work on it and  increase the quality of our post in this board. Let me take it  to the aspect of Tuitorship.
I do not know how we might have come to know about this forum, but don't we think it is better to find someone we can discuss and ask questions on how this forum operates as most persons won't see it as to create a topic thread, I believe to stay in this forum is very simple just by obeying instructions,Specifically for we the lower ranks, let us not claim to know all about what we know nothing.
In as much teachers are needed in a school, because they have passed such stages as  students and  are their to guide the students same way we need to be mentored by this our high ranked members. Tuitorship not only on things related to this forum but Bitcoin as whole. As high ranked members their are some certain losses due to mistakes that you might have experienced which you would not want any one of us to make same mistakes and even if you must have talked about it earlier in the forum I do not assume it is possible to read every bit of your topic thread or those shared in comments.
Which country does not want his/her board to come out top when ranking, so I feel our oga dem fit help out in this aspect.

The importance of tutorship can never be overemphasized, according to the popular saying that no man is an island, every successful man in our society today as we know has at least one or two mentors whom they learn from because you can never know everything, so it's indeed very important and a necessity to have a mentor, tutor or a guide to help you through certain stages and challenges and no one can do that job better than the high ranked members in this board.

Sometimes I look at some threads published on this forum and I can tell how lack of experience and guidance the poster has. My point is that, a lot of people in this our local board are so desperate for recognition and merits that they believe it's just by copying certain informative articles and news and use it to spam the board. I'm not saying the news and the articles are not helpful, indeed they are, I personally have learned a lot from them, but when something good is excessively done, it's thereby known as abuse and it's the outcome is never good.

In a nutshell, it's very important for the high ranked members to share their knowledge and guidance to we the newbies and low ranked members in order for us to grow in the right path, with the right mindset. We rise by lifting others so we can all rise together and make a recognition for country board.

There are lot of lesson be given by our senior men in this Naija local board OP, which we need to continue appreciating our senior men in this platform, if you can take your time to go through this Naija local board trend from beginning till the end, you will know that our senior men here are trying to give the newbies the best to become like them in the future in this platform by displaying quality post which is the best thing that can improve any local board in this Bitcointalk.org. Many legendary and hero members in this local board has created many topics where newbies can ask any question that related to BTC and crypto, but some ignore such trend and enter other discussion platform that will take them long years before they will understand those things that is related to BTC and crypto.

You can see the rules and regulations that governed this Naija  local board, it's our senior men that came out to lay down the foundation so that it will help the platform to grow higher in quality post like the way other local board is growing because their newbies listen to their facilitators in the platform.

If na persin carry you reach here then e go better make you near the persin and ask am well if there are mistakes wey him do so dat you go avoid am and learn on top am if need be. There are different mistakes here and it depends on the persin too but I know say many people don do the mistake of plagiarism, that is to tap something from someone else maybe from internet or even here without making reference to the person as original owner of the post or idea. That na penalty of being ban so you need to avoid that kind of mistake.

Honestly, I appreciate their every efforts and I never talked less on them, I only said from my opinion the aspect of we the lower ranks and Newbies to acknowledge tuitorship and follow instructions.

Op you have said well, as person wey get sense and dey really observe, I also like the fact say you point out to newbies dem make dem no behave like people wey know but make dem humble their self learn, when I first enter this forum na person introduce me to the forum, and before I start the person don already dey play me the rules and regulations for this forum and one of the major advice e give me na be say make I humble myself do beta reading for the forum before I start to dey write and make some of my post be questions post, so that I fit learn from other forum members. But now wattin person dey see na account with first post don start to dey educate em elders, though some persons get the knowledge before dem enter the forum, and e you see those people account most time their merit dey pass their amount of posts because of quality knowledge wey dem get, but some newbies wey never too know go dey try to dey bring that kind leg come.

Just as the op don talk, teacher dey for class because em students won get knowledge from am no be the other way around, I no say the young shall grow oo, but make the young sef grow pass through the major process. Well said bro, but most people just get obeying issues and I think the learning from people are also the best way to improve oneself especially from top guys here in the forum no even your oga them self. For me, I no go lie e take me some time before I actually come dey use to the system and although I go follow any oga but thorough training of my contribution skills nai really help me and when I say contribution I mean writing and understanding skills because these are the basic thing every one needs here, if you know what to write and how to write it then I think the forum will be a fun place for you because they are so many things and knowledge here not even only Bitcoin that you can achieve aslo chip in your little contribute for someone to see your efforts and actually merit you for it.

About the tutorship, if you get person wey fit hold your hands and guide you fine, but if you no get just following this steps and I believe say you go dey okay.

• Carry the forum rules for your head like person wey dey sell gala.
• Search for exiting topic before you create one.
• Observe people wey dey ahead of you, how dem dey post, how them bring their ideas together. You no necessarily need to PM them, you fit just dey observe them and you go learn something.
  
• Work on your post. Even if na small idea, the way you take present am matters, also make sure say your post dey comprehensible and free from typo and grammatical errors.
• Read, read and dey read.

E no dey bad to dey learn from pipo because nah the best way to grow and learn more be that, like for me, I be one of those types of pipo way dey always learn from pipo, I normally learn from pipos mistake and I also learn from pipos success, I also learn from my own mistakes too, this way nai be the easiest and simplest way to learn from pipo way dey above you or below you.
There are also a lot of people that fails to learn from others even after pipo done correct them finish, those kind of people are the once that post shit post but if a shit poster takes corrections and start posting a quality post, then the person has learn from his or her mistake.
Although, most times, things that can be more quality in our own eyes might end up being a trash to others.

I also believe our elders dem dey very ready to help us, na just make we for ask the correct questions wey go dey to their interest then we go get answers from dem. I never get much of mistake to share and I no pray to get more but the one wey I don experience na the one wey be say, after I create my first crypto wallet I come write my mnemonic seed for paper come keep the paper for random place before I know the paper don loss and my wallet don go(otilor) but the part wey I take thank God na be say I been never put any Bitcoin inside wey e loss, and since den I dey very careful with my current wallets. Now na for water proof and fire proof safe I dey store my mnemonic seed, so that unplanned event no go fit just come scatter my investment. So make person learn how to keep em mnemonic well oo, if that one lost e mean say all you coin don go.

E no get any country wey no like to grow so I leave the floor for our baba dem make dem shook mouth for this matter enlighten we the young ones.
