Understandable concern but I can probably deduce why OP isn't sharing any details yet, I feel like OP is trying to make sure that there's someone that's going to answer that they have the ability and capabilities to do what he/she is trying to ask, if I am right about that deduction, I still don't think that OP should do that and that it's probably best if OP does share it now. I don't use Binance I am not familiar as to why they will block your account but given that it's a custodial wallet like app, I think that it's likely a KYC related incident. Hopefully what everyone's thinking the problem is will be the actual problem because it's definitely going to be a headache when that's not the case, might have to prepare for unforeseen results of recovering the money from your account which although unlikely might be a bigger headache for those that's going to fixing the system.

Binance has a very tight security and strict rules and if they have blocked your account or frozen your coins then it must be for a reason.
In this case, I don't think any forum user would be able to help you much.
All you can do is contact the customer care so that they can guide you through to access your funds.

I've trade and left more than $500/on binance so many times before, you must have done something very wrong, do you use VPN? Or you sign in from a new device? Different location? The screenshot shows only how much you have in there but not the error you are getting.

Do you use p2p service lately? That's another fast reason why Binance can block your account, they usually block people when they don't keep their part of the promise when dealing with peer to peer transaction, like two days ago when I was using their p2p, the person they paired me with is a crazy fella who intentionally delayed the transaction for over 24hrs.

I opened an appeal and the CS told us to drop proof both, and I dropped mine but the guy failed to drop his, and he was warn that if he didn't follow this rules he is definitely trying to cheat and if he can't drop proof that he truly paid me he will be block from the exchange, the guy later lied that the money got reversed, I knew he lied but things was sorted out, if he hasn't did this his account would have been locked already.

So OP what exactly did you do wrong?

No one can help you here except to you alone since that money is blocked for certain reason which only you can resolve. Binance usually doesn’t block an account with trapped in there without giving any reason or requirements to claim the pending funds since they are obligated to refund the deposit to their customers due to their license.

Only you is eligible to fix your problem. Your best chance is to find someone that have same issue to you and know what’s the best solution. It’s better if you can provide the info on how your account was blocked.

The only assumption is that you created your account before identity verification was required, but I think that in these accounts the user can still withdraw from the balance. If this is not your problem, I do not think that anyone can help you except the support team, as they will ask you to verify the identity. Contact the support team. Via Reddit, Twitter, or email, as they do not have an active account here.

This is the most likely scenario you will face while using the centralized platform to hold your funds, anyway, I'm sure counting Biannce's reputation I'm sure they would have mentioned the reason can you define it here to further assist you. I'm sure they are going to ask you for the KYC verification.

If there's nothing related to suspicious activity. Most of the platforms use this allegation to block the customer's account. If you think its a mistake you can file an appeal to the support team and for the next time better focus on not your key, not your funds. Get mature and focus on the self custody.

Aside from the fact that this whole situation looks shady, is it actually possible for one to withdraw money from a blocked account in binance? Because for a newbie account to have come to the forum and make a post few minutes within the time of creation about is binance account (I’m not even sure if that’s the actual account or he just showcased that amount to try to lure those that wants to try to get the money for themselves in his telegram space).

If indeed the Op was real, he could have just sent a message to binance customer support and try to fix his account the legal way.

It appears that your account has been locked, there are various reason accounts are locked on Bianace. One possible cause could be that a hacker has attempted to access your account, or you have attempted to access your account from a sanctioned country. To address this issue, you should first step should be to contact Binance support team and provide detailed explanation of the problem. By doing so, I am sure the support team will help you to regain access to your account.

Binance would have to lift the withdrawal restriction or just unblock op. Emphasis on "binance" as the community is not binance so we can't directly help, op. At best we could only point op where to go e.g. binance chat/social media account and discuss possibilities of what may have happened including some precautions.

My guess is this is either a desperate plea or op has an ulterior motive seeing as they tried to get into PM's from the get go which is unnecessary. I'm saying this because scam PMs are rampant where scammers play mind tricks on gullible people. They love PMs since it's more isolated.

I share the same thoughts. The user is a newbie and the first post is about a Binance account that got blocked, he didn't share any information why the account got banned at the first place. 

I know very well that in this particular case, it's only Binance support that can help out. But someone that truly needs help would give more details of the problem, take advice from the community and follow it up... And not to be asking for a PM on Discord or Telegram.

I think you are flexible to emotions here about being desperate to get through your coin form your blocked wallet probably you want to try a 50/50 luck where you feel there is a lost of hope else you wouldn't public ask anyone to help you out make a withdrawal for you when you vividly know you are dealing with a decentralized digital currency that also requires you a 100% in control of your wallet. Instead would had been better off if you put on details on what you are going through with the hope of getting solutions or how you can be compassionately encouraged to bear the black situation.

Let's say for the sake of argument that your request is legit, no one can help you getting money out of your account expect yourself and if anyone contacts you telling that he has connections in Binance, its a scam.

If you are not verified Binance users there's no way to withdraw money from your Binance account until you pass the KYC.

Or maybe that is why your funds are blocked due to your Bitcoin deposit not yet being confirmed or more than 1 confirmation? Because you can trade on Binance even if the deposit amount isn't confirmed yet but it's blocked from withdrawing and transferring the amount you trade to the funding wallet.
The solution for this wait for your BTC to be confirmed more than 2 confirmations before you can transfer/withdraw and exchange it into money.

If not, and the issue is beyond of that then better contact Binance support because they are the only ones who can help you.

I think the blocked account story might be legit.
OP seems to deal in selling accounts, he has two disputes over forums in less than 48 hours about people not getting their account after paying (of course it doesn't mean that the accusations are true), but it could be that those have complained to Binance about it since he does receive payments for the accounts in crypto and Binance pay.

Anyhow, nothing a stranger can do about it!
