To be fair it is just "fan inspired", it is "everyone in the crypto buys and sells doge based on what Elon tweets, so if we create an eloncoin, maybe they will invest into this too?" by the creators. Look at how much funding they want, and look at how much they are spending, you will see the difference. I guarantee you that after creation and the creators get their funding, they will keep on ignoring it. The whole point of this project is to get that funding, to get richer, to be wealthier, nothing more.
