It's crazy to me how you're referencing this thread. It's a dead thread, and it's only kept alive from the two bumps you gave it. It's getting no attention because people here know you and know how you treat people who have a history of strokes:

Most people stop being an asshole after experiencing things like this. As far as negative influences on the community go, you take the cake. That will be your legacy. You can blame being an asshole on your stroke if you want, but the truth is that you've likely always been an asshole your entire life. A more fitting outcome I could not imagine.

So he created a desperate thread a few weeks before the evidence deadline?   Now the judge will view him as dishonest and ingenuous.  He's probably trying to turn his settlement into a "donation" that will not affect his taxes.

My thread shining light on a charitable event for stroke victims is a positive thing and instead of trying to spin it into a negative thing, you should be supporting it if you care about stroke victims regardless of who made the thread. I am a fan of BeardMeatsFood and a regular contributor to fundraisers, so my motivation was to help his charitable effort. If it had been a fundraiser for a different cause, I would have posted it all the same.
