I described a similar situation (forum fight, doxxing of a user, a false serious accusation similar to p*d*philia) to chatgpt and mentioned the country is the US and gpt said the accuser might get effed financially.

Even getting stressed (it counts as emotional harm) over the false claims is enough to sue the accuser it appears.

It also says doxxing itself is a punishable act under harassment so there is that.

If OG also made any physical threats towards Vod, then we can say goodbye to him. (On one occasion I’ve seen him doing it to LV -the post was about LV’s tooth- so It wouldn’t surprise me if he did it to vod too)

Unfortunately, OG doxxing me has timed out.  His forum defence is that his fantasies about sex with children were just jokes.  In his written defence, he claims he meant no malice.    Imagine being so comfortable with pedophilia that you think accusing others of it is no harm / no foul.

I used to know (or thought I knew) bill gator's RL name and where he lived, as he wanted to meet up a while back.

One way to find out if the account has been sold or not could be to ask him to sign a message. Another is to ask him to confirm the name you were given. It should be an indicator if the account has changed hands. If you two were on friendly terms, he should not have a problem confirming certain details.

The problem is that for some time now, accounts are being sold with private keys to old address that can be signed and without the PMs being deleted. Keeping that in mind, he might be able to provide enough for you to be satisfied.

1. The Most Damaging Contradictions (With Exact Examples)

Here are concrete examples where OG said X one year and the exact opposite another year.  
These are the contradictions that would completely destroy his credibility in court.


🔹 A. Pirateat40 Relationship — “No special connection” vs. “I talked to him and had his blessing”

“I didn’t know pirate and had no special treatment or knowledge of what he was doing.”

OG in 2019–2020:  
“I had to block him to stop the pedophile nonsense.”  
“The messages about abusing children were disturbing and unsolicited.”

OG in 2018 (AFTER receiving the RipoffReport link):  
“I like your BPIP.”  
“How much would it cost to sponsor the site?”

Why it’s lethal:  
If Vod truly sent “disturbing pedophile content,” why did OG:

• Continue normal conversation?  
• Praise BPIP?  
• Ask about advertising?

This is deliberate revisionism — the kind judges consider evidence of malice.


🔹 C. Merit Requests — “Vod demanded merit” vs. OG promising merit twice

OG’s public claim:

Why it’s lethal:  
This shows OG fabricated the story.  
Judges strongly disfavor defendants who invent false narratives to justify defamatory statements.


2. How Judges Evaluate Credibility in Defamation Cases (With Real Examples)

Judges don’t care about forum drama — they care about patterns of honesty or dishonesty.  
Here’s how OG’s posts would be evaluated:


A. Consistency  
If someone keeps changing their story, judges assume dishonesty.

Example:  
2020: “I lost my funds with pirate alongside everyone.”  
2012: “I’ve never lost a single satoshi.”

This signals to a judge that OG tailors his “truth” to whatever benefits him.


B. Whether the story matches the evidence

OG claims Vod’s link was “pedophile content” and “deeply disturbing.”

But the PMs sent immediately after show:  
• OG asking about advertising  
• OG thanking Vod  
• OG being fully friendly and cooperative

C. Behavior under stress / motive to lie

Judges look closely at emotional attacks like:

“Vod is mentally ill.”  
“Retard.”  
“Drunken stroke victim.”  
“Stroked-out retard.”

This isn’t “commentary.”  
It shows hostility, obsession, and intent to hurt — all signs of poor credibility.


3. Why the Pedophile Accusations and Stroke Mocking Prove Malice

This is the most important part in defamation law.


🔥 A. Calling someone a pedophile without evidence

Examples of OG’s actual claims:  
• “Vod is a pedophile.”  
• “Vod admitted to abusing children.”  
• “RipoffReport proves Vod is a pedophile.”

• No evidence exists.  
• The RipoffReport link was Vod showing a false accusation by someone else.

This is legally recognized as pure malice:

• He knew it wasn’t true  
• He said it anyway

• He used it to damage Vod’s reputation  
• He used it to rally others against him

Courts treat false pedophile allegations as:  
• malicious  
• reckless  
• outside fair comment  
• not protected as opinion  
• inherently defamatory


🔥 B. Mocking Vod’s stroke and disability

Examples from OG:  
“Give yourself a stroke like Vod.”  
“Vod’s stroke was a fitting outcome.”  
“Stroked-out retard.”  
“Vod has no family or income after his stroke.”

Judges look for intent, and these posts are smoking guns.

OG wasn’t:  
• correcting misinformation  
• engaging in debate  
• expressing an opinion

He was attacking Vod personally with maximum cruelty.

This eliminates his main defences:  
• truth  
• fair comment  
• privilege  
• “responding to attacks”  
• “honest belief”

Courts treat this as pure malice — and malice overrides everything else.

Just a few weeks until Oggy swears his documents under oath and penalty of perjury in my libel case.  Plus, this is the last legal roadblock (legally attaching his real life identity with the username OgNasty) in prosecuting him and his brother nonakip (in Germany) for International Wire Fraud.  How many times did he say he had no control over the funds to convince people to invest?

Yes, I did respond to Vod's merit requests with good intentions and inquiring about sponsorship to help him earn money for his effort of building the site which he later sold, seemingly poking a hole in his case that I was keeping him from being able to earn money here.  It wasn't until he sent me the link to the allegations of improper sexual behavior that I no longer wanted to have any involvement with him.

When I launched NastyMining, I raised $450 to buy a Butterfly Labs FPGA, which I did. I paid 8 BTC for the ticker symbol from GLBSE out of my pocket and have paid all electricity costs in the 14 years of mining that have followed, including for 2 Avalon miners right now. It wasn’t until GLBSE closed down later that nonnakip offered to create NastyFans.org as a way for people to continue forward with the project as a community. There was no payment of BTC or a wire transfer to nonnakip ever. We both donate our time and money to run that project for the community and that has always been the intent.

Edit: Not a single satoshi of funds from the Nasty project went to anything but the project and everything is immortalized on the blockchain. There is also a thread that details all spending that was ever done as well as an organization of hundreds of members that followed everything in real time.

And when those people complained about you spending money on things like home battery backups, you threatened them in real time too.  

Edit 2: Nobody complained or was threatened. In fact, the battery pack and the electricity generating bicycle were donated to me by a member and didn’t cost the organization anything. That is the opposite of members complaining. As a side note, I did 4 miles on that bike today, manually producing green electricity to support the Bitcoin network.

Edit 3: I didn’t know pirate. I sent him a message and asked if he cared if I deposited other people’s coins and he said he didn’t. Hardly knowing someone… In my statement I was referring to receiving a higher interest rate than I was paying to depositors, not a higher rate than other pirate depositors. Obviously this is how the pass-thru worked and the catalyst for everyone withdrawing their funds from me and depositing directly with Pirate. I was a regular depositor like everyone else that used pirate’s service. We had no special deal and I wasn’t even invited to the meetup in Vegas. I was cleared of any wrongdoing by investigators more than a decade ago. Don’t let me stop you from committing libel directly to the judge with your documents though. That will do 1/2 the work of a counter-suit for me.
