You need to add onion address to make sure we believe you didn't store any data. We accept assets with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk ranging from 0% to 100%. In exchange, we commit to delivering assets to our users that have minimal AML risk and clear origin of funds. What does this mean? seems like contradicts each other. If you accept assets that has a risk from 0%-100%, isn't you don't have to care about the origin of funds?

On that note, I think it's a good idea to set the language to english by default since you're planning to cater globally.

You're claiming to have 24/7 support and yet your operator is offline. And despite choosing English, there are still words that are in Russian. Your chatbox is also in Russian language by default? There doesn't seem to have an option to translate it to English. The UI is generally unattractive. I'm sure you can improve it a lot.

How would you manage a dispute then? If a scammer provides a fake order, or if a buyer claims that they've sent the money while using a chargeback, wouldn't this mean the transaction is likely going to fail? Or does this mean you ask people to send the money first before processing any transaction? What's the guarantee that you send the money then?

The first impression and user experience of the platform for the first time is what determines how future growth will be, wmiran do not rush to launch the platform if everything is not ready, especially translation, support team, liquidity and exchange rate. The AML-Free Transactions policy is good, but advertising it may cause you legal problems. Do not talk about this as a feature, but say that you do not require identity verification for deposits higher than 100 Bitcoin.

Well, you use WordPress script here, and as far as I know, it is in English by default. I am not sure what kind of minor errors you are talking about here, except that it is an error in the bad setup of the WP script. Is it possible that you were in such a hurry to present this here, and there are so many shortcomings? I guess you should do all possible tests first, before publication, so only after that do you ask the community to help you with testing. Based on everything I've seen, I seriously doubt the capacity of this service.

What if someone tries to use your website and then because of the fee, the transaction stuck for so long and never got confirmed within the timeframe. But then, after a few days it has got confirmed, will the transaction rejected and will be refunded to the sender?
