According to this survey, the second higher propensity among the youngsters is cryptocurrency investment with the ratio of 9.4%. The majority of the investors are men with the ratio of 64% and from these most of the investors are youngsters. Their age very between 36 to 50 Years. I can see that the survey looks very legit. More than 8k people were surveyed, and the results are supposedly representative of the adult population, which I think it's probably true. I didn't know investing was such a popular thing in France, as 1 in 4 people invested in something, and that 9.4% is from the adult population of France, so we're talking about millions of crypto investors in France.
I'm happy to see such great numbers in France, and it would be interesting to follow the dynamics in the future (does the percentage go up, down, stay the same).

The legitimacy of the survey says it all cryptocurrency is a young generational asset thus in my perspective it going to gain full maturity in the use case with the next generation behind us. I think those that assume they are coming late into bitcoin essentially needs to read this and contrast it to the next generation that will be adopting bitcoin what would be said of them if the people adopting today are complaining of arriving late.

It's only an issue of time that cryptocurrency will surpasses real estate that's at that top of the chart with 10.7%. I am one of those bitcoin/crypto maximalist who undoubtedly believe that there's a bright future for bitcoin and it's users, keep hodling.

Even we ourselves can feel it in our own country. It's encouraging for sure! Especially in the world where multiple countries are still confused about cryptocurrency, France is showing the way. I wonder if the other countries will consider having a legal framework around Bitcoin. It will not only help the government to get more taxes but also open new ways for job creation. The benefits are multifold.

I think real estate will always be the primary investment that anyone could think, as young as 25, buying a house is already in their mind. But them adding crypto to their portfolio, it encourages the readers.

Yes, well, but the key thing you seem to point out but don't explicitly mention is that investing in crypto requires very little capital, especially compared to real estate investment. The number of youths embracing crypto investment is growing every day this is because it is easier and less cumbersome to invest in this sector. Unlike other investment, one don't need to go through any bureaucratic process to invest. I assume that the population will even be greater because many crypto investors would like to remain anonymous which might make them avoid the survey. In my country, I assume that 1 out of every 4 youth is involved in cryptocurrency because they are tech-savvy.

You have shared a good piece of information and yeah the days are not so far, because the bull run is going to start so everyone is so bullish and wants to get benefit from the positive flow of the market or you can say it's just market sentiments that have shifted their interest toward cryptocurrency either if its BTC or Alts, both are gaining values.

But don't assume that things are here forever because if these people are taking an interest in crypto that's because they are seeing their profit in it but when the time of booking profit will come like when the BTC or Alts will be near to there new ATH. I haven't read the report (if there is an English version at all), but I wonder if it's good news that so many French people invest in cryptocurrencies, given that most of these investments are probably in altcoins, which are mostly pump&dump projects in which the invested money is very easily lost. I always say that I don't care what people do with their money (unless it hurts others around them), but I wonder how many of these people will find themselves in big financial problems in the future?

Problems can only mean one thing for all of us, and that is the imposition of some crazy rules and regulations, so you don't need to look at those numbers with so much enthusiasm, because it all looks like a double-edged sword to me.

Well it's not surprising that Crypto-currency is the second most popular investment, and that's because of the hype around crypto-currency many people thinks once you into crypto-currency investment you definitely get rich. I think the narrative is wrong and many are falling for the wrong coin to invest in.

Here in my country Im starting to see some of trading and stocks companies starting to offers trading on BTC.
