The most important things for the longevity of your ASICs are:

- a controlled and anticipated air cycle, as antminers need a certain volume of air to work properly
- controlled air humidity
- the stability of your electrical installation, is it safe and stable?
+ an appropriate temperature in the room of course  Smiley

So, as per what you wrote in OP, you should be fine.

And of course, depending on the ASIC (not to mention the S17s...), you'll need to be lucky to not have a shitty unit
Is it a done deal for me when it comes to mining because I live in a tropical country and it's difficult for me to solve the air humidity problem, it's a tropical country after all. I'm fine with the ventilation and electrical systems since I know a guy that can help me with that.

BIG WINNER!

As a non crypto user but knows a decent amount you should probably rent out the servers required to mine bitcoin or any other alt coin.
Bitcoin mining requires ASICs, not servers. If you suggest looking for a cloud mining service, then there were many links about scams.
If you want to enter into an agreement with a trusted mining company in your country, then it is safer. But such companies that work with individuals are not available in all countries.
