How close have you ever been to winning a big amount/jackpot?

I honestly do not know if we've had a discussion like this before on this board, but this is based on my personal experience while playing on L0tt0.com last night, I was just so close to hitting a x1000 while I was playing pick six game, which would have multiplied my initial bet amount by 1000 times.

But unfortunately, I ended up with a mere x10 because the numbers didn't align well.

As you guys can see on the shot, I placed a bet on 490082, and the system played 480088, and according to the information in the shot below..



If my second number, which is 9, was also the same number the system played, it means that five of my numbers out of six, would have played and I would have made x1000, which Is the second to the highest jackpot being x2500.

It was a very close one for me, and I did spend more than 20 minutes staring at the outcome of this game, and wondering why just one single number had to spoil what would have been a jackpot win for men, and I did x10, instead of x1000  .

It happens to me 4 years ago I was one number away from winning over $10 million in our currency on lottery, actually, I was the missing number in my mind but I decided to take another number, my life could have changed if I had picked the original number but the second prize is still good I manage to add it to the grocery store.

Every time I think about it, I just laugh at it, if it's for you, you're going to hit it, maybe in the future I'll hit the jackpot but from now on I will always stick to the number I think of, or better get another ticket where all your original is included, so you'll have no regret later.

Oh man, that must've been such a rush almost hitting that x1000 multiplier! I bet your emotions were all over the place.  I hate when that happens in games, like when everything lines up just right but then fate pulls the rug out from under you at the last second.  Sucks and  big wins in gambling seem to come down to sheer luck and perfect timing.  I've had some close calls playing slots too but never on that kind of scale.  The stars really have to align to hit a jackpot.  I'm too skeptical about lotto games to play them much because the odds are so astronomically against you.  But hey, someone's gotta win eventually right? I remember a couple of years ago, We were so close in winning the Mega Jackpot prize in a Lotto outlet here in our country because all 6 digits combination numbers was picked, but on that day, we didn't bet on the lottery and it was one of our regrettable time. The Mega jackpot prize is worth $576,727.
The winning numbers that day is my families combination number since then and we always use those number when we have a time on buying lotto ticket.

Im not really that a fan on making some bets or buying tickets online or betting on lotteries but i do have some experience on offline sweepstakes or lottery on which i did bought some tickets for almost 2 months.
I have never been able to get some hit on getting 4 digits at least so far on which i have that stopped on make betting knowing that odds of winning is really that close to impossible.
Yes, the price per ticket wont really be that much or something that it is really that cheap but its something that could bring out some stress everytime that you wont really be hitting up the jackpot.

Basing up on what you had shared here op, hitting that 1000x almost? that do really give out that kind of annoyance for a certain period but since you are
only betting small amount then it wont hurt but you are already imagining on hitting that multiplier which would really be giving that kind of boost up.
Try next and you might be able to hit it up but dont expect knowing odds is always been that too close to impossible.

I was really unlucky in the lottery, not even hitting 4 numbers out of 6. I could just dream about it at least hitting almost is a big factor to say that we are not unlucky for this and maybe the time has come to hit the jackpot. Same situation since its so hard to win on lotto even closest on that since there are so many numbers and provability to win is so low. I win some small amount but it can't cover up my losses on lottery but still decided to bet since who knows right? One of these days we are the one who can spot the jackpot and became a instant millionaire. Although its far to happen but since we are consistent to place some bets while the jackpot price became more bigger and bigger then there's so slim hope that we can win that prize.

I don't have any significant number but next time maybe will bring some numbers that provably used for long time since I think if you use that numbers for long time then there's a chance that you can win some amount on lottery. I got x1000 one time at the tome of life in a three liner, and twice in Plinko, but the only problem is I spent half of my capital before I reached that big hit. So, you won't even feel that you really hit x1000 after that.

Mine is very different it's not about the numbers but it's more about the minutes I have a set of numbers that I've betting for the last five months I dreamed these numbers and I thought to bet on it so I bet for five months, then one day I have overtime and when I arrived in the betting station I was late by two minutes the cashier close the betting because they have a rule that they have to close the betting a few hours before the betting and it happened that the numbers I've been betting show up and I was late by two minutes.
I couldn't sleep the whole two weeks but I soon moved from that it's no use thinking of that, it's not really for me, maybe in the future numbers will show up in my dreams again but this time I will not be late again.

So just so everyone is clear- the game Fivestar4ever is talking about is Pick-Six on l0tt0.com. All the games on my site are instant play... It's not like a lottery, more like scratch off tickets and slots.

With that said, you pick 6 numbers or you can randomize it. You can bet up to 5 rows (each with 6 numbers) on each game. The winning 6 digit number (provably fair) is matched against the numbers you played. Matches are seen on the pay table (scroll down, middle tab)

The minimum is $0.1 cents, but this depends on which game you are playing, like for example, if you are playing pick six, there is always an option of choosing up to five rows, where you can pick six numbers for each row, minimum bet for each of those rows is $0.1 cents, you can increase it to as high as $5 if you want.

Another example is, if you are playing quick pick games, you have the option of choosing any number from 00 to 49, you can choose as many numbers as you want, but minimum bet for each number you choose is $0.1 cents, but again, you can increase this to as high as $5 if you want.

I have only once near gotten the max prize in a slot machine like Fish Eye slot from Reel Kingdom a UK partner of Pragmatic Play.In there I got x9833 multiplier out of the x10.000 that is the total amount of that game,unfortunately my bet was only 0.02 and I only got like near 200 dollars as a profit.

It is good when we observe ourselves and see where we are good in so that we can make better improvements. If you know you are not good in gambling or a particular type of betting or games, it will better we switch to other games that would aid our winnings. Just like we know that there are many gamblers that prefer to bet on sport books than betting on Casino games. When we know where we are good and the kind of games we normally get luck, it is good when we focus on what works for us than running from one bet to the other.
