No, definitely not.  Could you explain what you're trying to achieve though? Are you trying to locate someone who stole from you? why would you try to locate your own wallet and how would that help you with anything?

Normally, only the nodes your wallet is connected to can know your ip address and link it to that ip address. Once your transaction has been broadcast, the other nodes have no possibility to know from where the transaction came from.
Tell us what you want to achieve so we can tell you what you need to do.
For better privacy, run your own node and use a VPN.

It seems you thinking about online attacks that can compromise and remote your device.
If someone knows your public IP there is a chance that they can hack and locate your wallet only if they find open ports in your IP. That is why it is always recommended if you want to store BTC in your wallet for long-term storage then make an offline/cold wallet in a device with no internet or never connect it online.

AFAIK, IP addresses are associated with internet-connected devices and are used for routing data on the internet and they don't provide any information about the location of any specific Bitcoin wallets even if you're running your own node.  Because Bitcoin transactions are broadcast to a network of nodes that validate and relay transactions not by your device use.

Are you sure you mean "wallet" and not address?

Even then though, this will only work with some custodial wallet services, it is impossible to find any address from a non-custodial wallet given an IP address alone, because personal info is not collected.

Some custodial platforms do collect users' IP addresses when they log into their wallets, but they're not going to give it to any random person who asks for it.

For privacy, you need to use a full client wallet like Bitcoin Core using Tor for connection. If you want only just anonymity, use Tor to always connect to SPV wallets.

Locate an address or locate an IP specifically?, what's your goal with this question? seems you would like to locate a the holders wallet location with their wallet. Transactions cannot be detected or bind where and form to send, but the servers actually do because they send pockets of data so they can fetch your current transactions, data, and balance. Once you experience to use an electrum you can notice these loading in their lower left corner.

Your question is too broad to answer other than saying "it depends"!

For example sometimes when people say "wallet" they actually mean "account". Something they have with a centralized service like Coinbase or blockchain.com. In this case it depends on what you mean by "you"? A regular person can not find your wallet from your IP address but obviously these services keep a record of your IP and can associate it with your wallet.

Another case off the top of my head is the wallet type you use. For example it is a lot harder to associate wallet (addresses) with IP addresses if you were running a full node like bitcoin core; however, it is easier to do that if you were using a SPV wallet like Electrum and far more easier in case of server dependent SPV wallets (where you can only connect to a single centralized server to sync).
In this case again it is harder for a "regular person" to make that association but the servers, the network "crawlers", the SPV nodes, etc. can do that.

There are other criteria involved too. So you have to clarify what exactly you have in mind regarding IP and wallets relationship.
