NK vs OTG 15th Match Super Smash 2023-24

Anyone following Super Smash League. today was 15th match between Otago and Northern Knights. Match was so fantastic but low score game. NK scores only 128 in 18.3 overs and all wickets goes down. NZ player Mitchell Santner batter well and scored 49 of 34, just one runs short to make fifty. Jacob Duffy bowling spell was superb by getting 4 wickets and Jake Gibson picks 3 wickets. Otago chase the target with ease with 8 wickets in the hand. Philips score a match winning inning today.

The domestic 4-day competition (Ranji Trophy 2024) has started from yesterday. A total of 38 first-class teams are taking part in this competition, which is divided into an elite division (32 teams) and plate division (6 teams). Manipur got promoted to elite division this year, but they are really struggling in their first match. They got bowled out for just 137 runs, with Kangabam Priyojit Singh topscoring at 45. In return, Maharashtra are at 123/3. Punjab got bowled out for 152 against Karnataka, while Jammu & Kashmir made just 100 versus Himachal Pradesh.

Karnataka test cricket team is playing very well and they played very well at the end of day 2 of test match . Paddikal played very well and made excellent 193 runs. His performance changed the fate of Karnataka team . Manish Pandey  also played very well and he also made century for his team . He was out by making 118 runs and Arshdeep Singh out him. Now Karnataka is leading by 309 runs . From bowling side of Karnataka,  koushik bowled very well and he took 7 wickets for his team . His bowling is the only reason that Karnataka cricket team is dominant on Punjab team .

For the match between Mumbai and Bihar, the Bihar Cricket Association President and Secretary selected two different squads, and both of them arrived at the ground to take on Mumbai. 

Match was delayed by 4 hours and eventually police had to be called in. In the end, the squad selected by the BCA president (Rakesh Tiwary) participated in the game. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (12 years, 284 days old) debuted for Bihar and became the 4th youngest Indian ever to play first class cricket.

In Men Otago squad against Northern District match, Northern District squad was unable to emerge victory in this match their sqaud was not stopped Otago squad for defend this 128 scores. Easy victory by Otago squad and many deliveries remained for play and also many batters.

In Women Northern District women against Otago women sqaud, this game was finished and result of this game was announced by DLS method. In 15 overs, Northern District women sqaud collected only 93 scores with lost of six batters. South African Under 19s team batted first and they made 256 runs and on 256 their all team was all out, but then they had a hope that they could do something good in bowling but there was also no special. After emerging victory in today match Wellington squad jump into first rank on standings table with winning 4 matches, losing one match and one match was finished without result. But against sqaud in today match Central District squad is present fifth rank with loss 3 match, win one match and 2 match ended without result. In current match, they played very good batting inning and thei defending target was also big according to 20 overs but they defeated this match due to bad performance in bowling inning. Their sqaud was unable to stop Wellington squad for their target, at last Wellington squad emerged victory by 4 wickets and 5 deliveries.

This game of Super Smash League was held on McLean Park, Napier stadium and this stadium was lucky for Wellington team because Wellington team beated opponent team Central District team. Central District team scored 158 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. In their batting lineup, W.Young  pen opener batsman effort was great and he scored 50 runs in 33 balls with four 4s and two 6s. B.Small bowler of Central District team effort was also brilliant he took down 4 batsman in 4 overs with 22 runs. Wellington team batting lineup, M.Abbas batsman struggle was very outstanding and he scored 72 runs in 38 balls with six 4s and five 6s. L.Beek bowler also took down 3 batsman in 4 overs with 24 runs finally, Perth Scorchers won this game by 4 wickets and 5 balls.
