Qualifier 2 between Gulf Giants and Dubai Capitals will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, as a part of the International League T20. I am rooting for the Capitals, as they have players such as David Warner, Tom Banton and Roelof van der Merwe. And despite finishing low in the points table, they won the eliminator match by defeating the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders by a huge margin of 85 runs. Back then, Warner missed the match, as he had to take part in the T20I series against West Indies. I am not sure whether he will play in today's match.

Also we had the East Asia cup final and this final was won by Hong Kong. They played better than Japan and won the final by 34 runs. I thought that Japan also played well in this match but one of the two teams had to win and it was the day when Hong Kong was the winner.

Nizakat Khan scored 81 runs in only 48 balls and due to these runs, the Hong team team was able to make 219 runs. This was a huge target given by the Hongkong team and Japan would always going to to struggling against this ran chase.

Japan had a poor start from the top order where they lost the top order batsmen cheaply. They were 40-4 and at that time it seems that they won’t be able to make even 100 runs. The lower order batsmen chipped in, everyone tried o play better and they were able to make 185 runs.

Yasim Murtaza and Ehsan Khan took three wickets each and overall it was a good bowling performance by the Hong Kong bowlers.

One more match of Pakistan Super League competition was finished today and this match was played Islamabad United squad and Quetta Gladiator squad. Quetta Gladiator squad remain unbeaten in this competition by emerging victory in this match and total 3 matches was played and stable on 2nd rank in standing table. In today match, Islamabad United squad one more time they played with bad performance and did not collect strong defeating target for Quetta Gladiator squad only collected 138 scores. But in bowling inning, they gave hard time to Quetta Gladiator to defeating their target but because of low score target they lost this match. In first match Shadab Khan performance was impressive and then he payed next match with over confidence just like in today match, he collected only 2 scores after this he got out.

In the last matches, his performance was not good and when he back in form so he was injured, he got a very similar injury to Naseem Shah.
