In the series International League T20,

Yesterday game between GG and SW team was played and both played a competitive game and gave a tough time to each other. GG team set competitive runs target total 174 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. But bowlers did not help team to win game and if they perform some better effort they won this game but unfortunately they lost this game by 3 wickets and 0 balls remaining. Tom showed great struggle from SW team in opening of batting line and he made 83 runs in 56 balls and hitted six 4s and four 6s and his fielding effort was also brilliant and took 2 wickets. Rohan another batsman of SW team performed well and Rehan and Tom only these played good. Tim bowled well and took down 3 wickets in 4 overs and gave 30 runs. Congratulations SW team to win close game and best wishes to both teams.

In the third match of International League T20 which was played in between  Gulf Giants and Sharjah Warriors. The match was so close as it went to the last ball but from here Sharjah Warriors achieved the win, the main hand behind this win for Sharjah Warriors was Tom Kohler-Cadmore. As he performed so well in fielding by taking 2 catches and at the same time made 83 runs that were so helpful for the team. He did not play slow, he played as fast as he could and also protected his wicket because he knew he had to do the job for his team.

All of the Pretoria Capitals bowlers were successful. Daryn Dupavillon picked up 3 wickets, while Eathan Bosch, James Neesham and Senuran Muthusamy picked up 2 wickets each. Capitals are yet to win a match in this season so far, and it looks like they will get full points for today's match.

Otago is leading the Super Smash table by having the first position and also having a huge margin. As you can see, Otago has 18 points and are in first position, while behind them on the second number is Central Districts, who has 12 points. Otago lost just their one of their game against Central Districts.

Today, they faced Wellington, the least bad team of this season and also present in the bottom side. As a result, Otago won this match by 15 runs. However, I must say that at one time it looked like Michael Bracewell would win the game for Wellington as he made 61 runs in the middle of the innings but could not finish the match.
In the next few days, we will see Otago facing Northern Districts, who also has an average position in the table.

The fifth match of the International League T20 cricket tournament is being held today. The Desert Vipers are number one in the league points table and that team is taking on the Gulf Giants today. Desert vipers won the toss in today's match but they didn't decide to bat first, they decided to field first.

The Gulf giants batsmen have not been able to bat comfortably in this match so far, they have already lost four wickets. Right now the Gulf giants batsmen need to improve their batting performance, currently they are scoring very slowly. If they continue to accumulate runs like this, they might be all out in very few runs. It is surprising that today they collected only 32 runs in the Powerplay over. Otago is a strong team and they won 4 and lose 2 games and this game was also won. I hope Wellington they will play better in the next match.  Joburg Super Kings vs Durban Super Giants, Joburg Super Kings won the toss and batted, set a target of 170 runs.  Leus du Plooy top scored for their team with 38 from 32 balls, they will need to bowl very well to win the match.  On the other hand Durban Super Giants have world class batting players like Quinton de Kock, Wiaan Mulder, Heinrich Klaasen. Hope the visitors enjoy the match well.

It was quite an interesting match in this league as both the teams played very well and put pressure on each other which made the match interesting.  If we talk about gulf giant, their batsmen have played well and reached the target of 174 runs and their bowlers have tried their best but they could not stop SW from winning this match and will lose this match. Despite their batsmen giving big targets, they will lose this match.  Because it shows that the target should be big as well as the pressure of the bowler because if there is effort from both sides then this team will be successful otherwise it will be defeated like Gulf giant.

Anyone following the International League T20? During last season, I could find a lot of associate players in this league. But this time there is hardly anyone from the associate nations. One of the reasons is that now most of the franchises even in ILT20 are controlled by the IPL franchise owners, and they are not very fold of associate players. MI Emirates is batting first against Desert Vipers at the moment, and they are 85/2 after 12 overs. Tom Banton and Nicholas Pooran are at the crease and they will be targeting a total of at least 180.

Knight Rider playing this match with amazing performance with 159 runs and looking at their performance Sharjah Warriorz 129 runs and lost the match. Knight Rider have been showered outstanding strength and they continue to play exceptionally well in every match. David Willey is a  very talented bowlers of Knight rider team . Player of the match was David Willey who took three main wickets and helped a lot Abu Dhabi Knight Riders win this game. Jason Holder took 4 wickets and I think he was the more deserving player of the match.


Desert Vipers and MI Emirates match is in progress where MI is batting first and has made 79 runs for the loss of two wickets. I think they will make a decent score today and we will see a good contest. Both these teams are the best in this tournament

I was sure at that point it would be a close match as I was expecting, the match went even harder and after getting so close Otago lost their momentum in the ending stages of the game and lost it.

Abu Dhabi Knight Riders cricket team played very excellent in the last match and that team won the match by 30 runs against Sharjah Warriors cricket team. Sharjah Warriors cricket team could not chase in this match and that match was one sided because Abu Dhabi Knight Riders made 159 runs in this match and that was an average target but after that we saw batting of Sharjah Warriors which was very poor and that team lost the match in the end and players of that team could make only 129 runs in this match and all team was out and top scorer of that team was Southee who made 24 runs in this match and no other player could make half century in this match. Although their batsmen did not play particularly well they still win this match. His bowling has been successful in this, thanks to which he controlled the bowling for 19 overs. Had their batsmen been good in the beginning, this match would not have been one sided so their batsmen could have played well till the end. In this the bowler of the opposite team put a lot of pressure and dismissed the entire team and also stopped their run due to which they could not make full runs. Knight rider batsmen got easy win but I was thinking that knight rider will lose this match. But his bowling was so good that even the weak target given by his batsmen became stronger.

Congratulations to them for this victory as they defeated them by a good margin.  His batting was good due to which he gave a big and good target of 200 which made it easy for him to win this match.  Along with this, his bowling was also good, he dismissed the entire team in 19 overs and won the match by 45 runs.  Yes, their bowler also stopped the run which could not make Khulana tigers batsmen due to pressure on him and will lose the match.  If this batsman didn't play well, he wouldn't have been targeted so much but then he managed to target so much and won the match due to good bowling and batting.  Khulana tigers team is a very good performing team but due to not playing well in this match they played badly and lost the match and we got to see a great win by king which we can see in the next matches as well.

SA20 2024/25

The first two games of the South African league have already finished and if we look at the table the MI Cape Town are currently leading it as they have 5 points. Hopefully, you all know that in this league you not only get points for winning matches but also in this method, there is another scheme where winning by a big margin also gives you extra points and that is how MI Cape Town earned five points by beating Sunrisers Eastern Cape by 97 runs.

On the second number, Durban's Super Giants are trying to give their best and due to lack of one point, they are not leading the table but won the game against Pretoria Capitals. It was a close game and they won it by only 2 runs.

In the first match when MI Cape Town team were playing, they won it one sided by 97 runs and also yesterday in the second match when Durban's Super Giants were facing Pretoria Capitals, that time the game went so close and both the teams had an equal chance to win but on 19.4, the Pretoria Capitals team hit the four that helped them a lot because already they were bating at the loss of 6 wickets. They needed 5 off the last two balls but Naveen-ul-Haq held his nerves and gave singles on the next two balls and PC won the game.

Mumbai Indians Cape Town were so close to achieving the win against Paarl Royals but due to some major mistakes, they have lost it. But thankfully it did not hurt their position. This was the 9th match for this series. Now one of the first mistakes from Mumbai Indians Cape Town was the middle order did not play seriously because their first batter and opener Rassie van der Dussen was hitting back to back scores, made 91 so the whole team depended on him and did not care about the next overs hence it was the most major mistakes as the rest of the team fails to perform.
