Which football are you referring to? Real football like NFL American football or soccer? I personally cannot stand soccer, but i'm only 1 person. My dislike is mainly related to the betting of the sport, it's just not my favorite. Now if you are talking NFL football, I LOVE THAT!!! For me in my country football is like a culture, it is one of the sports that unite people, the old, the young and the middle age just name it, football has a different aura in the sporting world, I think people across the world have a common knowledge and almost the same feeling about football.

I don't understand that too. I've tried having an interest in it but I don't feel the same emotions because most of the teams are from Europe and other countries and ours is not part of it. Maybe if it did just like FIBA then I might also get an interest in watching football games.

from my point of view football is a more relaxed sport and has a long time to enjoy and is definitely a challenging sport full of surprises and the reason I say this is because it a sport of football almost most people like betting on football because there are many options for betting and on the one hand, soccer a sport that can bring deeper sensations to our minds. If I were to mention three favorite sports then football would come first followed by cricket and third would be volleyball. I like to play all kinds of games and I have experience in almost all kinds of games but these three games I feel are in my blood. Since my childhood I was very much attracted to football and cricket. If I had played cricket in the morning, I would have played football in the afternoon, that is, I would not have missed any game. Since I was 12 years old I have watched all the World Cup matches and I don't think I have missed a single match. 

From the age of 12 to 15, I followed club level games regularly and have been doing so regularly till now. I have quite a weakness for sports since my childhood and from that weakness I can say that football and cricket are two of my favorite sports compared to other sports.

If you mean the soccer as US like to call it, then I can probably tell you that it's probably a matter of what sport you've grown up from because football isn't that popular here in my country. Another reason probably which is tied to the first reason is that there's a lot of country that's participating in this sport and it's pretty easy to set up if you want to play unlike most sports where you need to set some equipments up, with football, you only need the ball to play, you can enjoy doing those dribbles with your friends trying to steal the ball from you so you don't even need to have a goal post to play.
