My review:

The user interface is good, clean and fast. But I think adding live support (which usually placed on yellow square) is necessary because a guest/visitor can't ask in public live chat as we need to create an account first. Since login and sign up buttons can be find in top middle page, so the login and sign up buttons in right bottom seems unnecessary for me.




To claim JCC coin is quite hard because there's no button directing to claim the free coins (which found in left top page), not every new user aware with that. The button is quite hidden.




I try to play dice using JCC coin and want to verify my bets, but I found a problem here. Why the result between the game and through provably fair is different when I already input a same client seed, nonce and server seed? Does provably fair only works for real coins or I did a mistake?







I like the fun battle in your casino, this will make new people attracted. My little suggestion is using native segwit address for Bitcoin deposit and offer three priority during withdrawal e.g. slow, medium and fast.

Signing up

The first thing am going to talk about under this section from what I've encountered was that the website was fast and loaded well which was as expected for a good performance, but i discover that when i wanted to sign up, the page was not coming up for signing up on the browser i was using which was chrome, before i then switched to brave which then properly open the page for sign up, i understand that this may be probably my own error due to the browser or device used or rather the website being selective on that.

The Website Appearance and Settings.

I like the way the entire website appearance was, starting from the theme, fonts and the arrangements for each section of games, this is one of the first attraction that a gambler use in making a decision to either use a gambling platform or not because that the first representation of the image of the gambling platforms, I must applaud a well done job on that.

Supported Currencies

I also like the ideal way used by Jack's Club gambling platform to ensure that they supported a numbers of currencies that are reputable and common by everyone, this alone is one of the reasons gamblers can use to stay when they realized they won't have a deposit challenge in some currencies they may desire.

Deposit and Withdrawal

The deposit is one of the easiest to do because the entire procedures are straight forward and easy to achieve, i also liked the withdrawal of having a minimum amount of 0.001btc as balance while the transaction fee is not something to worry about as well.

Conclusion:

I found the site fascinating and the games are just enough for any crypto-gambling enthusiast to enjoy and also accessing the whole site was very easy.


1. The site seemed to house only casino games and I tried to find other sportsbet option like soccer and basketball, but none.

2. The deposit method is good, as there are many options for one to choose from the different coins available on the site.

3. There is also a referral bonus to be claimed for referral to Jackclub.io and this is good, as most gamblers don't mess around with casino bonuses by referrals or any other kind.

Review:

- Registration and logging in was a breeze and am happy to see a 2FA option while logging in which is pretty much the standard these days in crypto gambling sites.

- I really like the name and the logo design which are oozing with style. The UI of the site itself looks great too on mobile and desktop, but I did find some issues on mobile(Android). Some text related clicks didn't do anything sometimes which needs to be rectified asap.

- I used the free coins(JCC) to play a couple of games(Dice, Keno, Blaze and Mines) and didn't face any issues. Turned 1 JCC into 20+ JCC pretty easily. However, I don't understand why we need to wait for a minute for JCC since it's all play money anyway. The timer needs to be removed.

- I like the fact that multiple popular cryptocurrencies are available as payment methods which is extremely helpful whenever BTC fee increases a lot etc.

- I couldn't find a FAQ section anywhere answering important queries such as minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, house edge etc which needs to be added asap.

- There needs to be a dedicated live customer support button somewhere on the homepage to help gamblers connect with customer care quickly.

- Overall, I would like to conclude by saying that Jacksclub.io ticks many boxes properly, but needs to tick a couple more to truly compete with the heavyweights of the crypto gambling industry.

MY REVIEW

Without much words I think the interface is truly impressive without so much alarming colors
I already did my registration and so far there wasn’t any single hassle and I love the simplicity of the interface but it seems the site plays only casino games because there weren’t other games there and I barely play casino games because i think it’s more of luck base and I think I’m out of luck on casinos.

I also tried the chat feature which wasn’t very great to me because it never opened up despite several attempt to load it and I think you have to check and fix this up immediately because nothing frustrates a gambler more than not getting response from a representative when it’s needed most.

The deposit options are very cool and since there are several deposit options, I think it wouldn’t be much of a problem for players to fund their accounts and since there are crypto options for deposit, I think withdrawal wouldn’t be an issue.

I noticed there were several bonuses over there which also included the referral bonuses. I understand that the casino is in business to make profits and isn’t supposed to make their referral terms any easy but please I think you should stand out with your bonuses and try to make the claim process more flexible as that would also help to push your name and brand out to the world.

I didn’t get to have a desktop version of the casino but I think the mobile version is simpler than the desktop versions but since I haven’t tried it on the desktop, I wouldn’t have to say for sure but I think you guys should make it simple like the mobile version.

In summary, the casino has done a great job and having this review was one of the best step they have taken and having a god trustpilot reviews wouldn’t also be a bad idea.

1. Forgot password
I remember having an account at this casino and registering it for quite a long time, but the password I recorded didn't work so I tried to forgot the password by entering my email address, unfortunately after waiting a few minutes the code that was said to be sent to my email was not sent to my email to forget the password. I have faced this problem several times at other casinos and it is quite annoying, so jacksclub needs to fix the problems faced by its users, because opening a new account for a member who is quite active in playing is certainly not a pleasant thing because it means the account will start from scratch.

2. Create a new account
After waiting for about 1 hour without receiving a code to change the password, I finally decided to create a new account.
Registration runs very quickly and smoothly and the verification code is sent to email instantly so that registration does not face any problems, and not having to enter a telephone number and address is an advantage of this casino when registering.

3. Layout

- I would "collapse" chat from the scratch. After home page is loading I think it's something useless sees a lot of messages on the right.
(and potentially people could use this space for pulling scams if not moderated constantly but in some sites I have seen people scammed by other players like with loan requests).

- The graphic (icons of the games in home page) it's pretty the same of another famous casino/gambling site ... I know that many of users are pretty aware. But I don't know if this is a choice made voluntary or there is a kind of affiliation with that "famous casino/gambling site".

- Related this last point, I tried a couple of games and everything was fine... graphic and other related stuffs are completely differents

- Free coins, even if worthless, are a nice idea to made players more familiar with games... this idea deserve probably more attention by admins since can lead to a lot of promo and so on...

- it would be nice see here on forum some signature campaign or other promos since a lot of gamblers are around here and can easily join the website.

- interesting option bonus for deposits and so on but personally I prefer rakeback/cashback and other promotions...
