After research, I know Blast has a few points:
- The economic model and the airdrop model are separate, so they should not be considered a form of ponzi that some projects are still doing to attract users.
- Depositing ETH and stablecoin to get staking interest. Profits are distributed back to depositors at an interest rate of 4 -5%
- Airdrop is something that is attracting attention, because most L2 allow users to use the experience early and to be able to reach real users. Similar to many active L2, Blast is also worth our time looking for airdrop opportunities.

I have deposited 3 ethereums on this project. Only got three spins in every week, but everything goes well. There have been many whales joined in this airdrop. This is the next optimism but the mechanism made it being so difficult to be farmed by the bots.

You do know so well how good the reputation of paradigm and it has even performed better compared with binance labs in ROI of their investment.

Blast reaching high TVL in short time is very impressive. I have been invited by one member to check this project. He told me that Blast can give a good airdrop to users having on the base of points. I am thinking to stake Ethereum with thinking that I might get some profit.. I think we should not missed such kind of opportunity. As a early user we could get many profit excluded staking reward.

What do you think how much staking will be enough. I am thinking to stake 0.4 Eth because I cannot afford more.

yep, the game of sharks, whales,... I saw on X sharing the wallet address that transferred more than 15,000 STETH to Blast bridge. Yes, the moves to spend money are very aggressive, and now there is not much news about where the cash flow comes from that investors can participate in.

I'm not sure, but it seems like the number of participants is increasing and more money is being transferred. So the search for airdrop opportunities has been mentioned in the media, and we have enough time left until the date to learn in more detail how we can get the upper hand.

that's crazy how someone is willing to risking his money. It seems like that the impact from pacman blur was real. No doubt that people have been learning a lot from optimism. The only question is now if there are no tokenomics.

I have bneen waiting for the dev to release their tokenomics. It will make everything clear how many tokens allocated for the airdrop. I hope that will be big like at least 25%.

I believe they all have their own research and decisions. Really, L2 is something that is being forced to push quickly, perhaps everyone is eager to enter a real bullish phase with bitcoin and crypto. Although the ongoing activities don't show much, I think the project advisor and developers will know how to make this project familiar to more people. I don't expect much because of the meme show after seeing the increase in TVL, but I think it will be available to everyone soon, maybe Q1 Q2 2024.

I checked that there is one other way to earn points which is referring.. I think this is best way to attract Youtubers, Twittter, Facebook and Telegram Influencers. Everyone is advertising freely this project and sharing own refer link because there is no way to register if we doesn't entry refer code.. I get code hardly after asking many times.. First five code that I get was already used by other members..

When I staked Ethereum I got zero points and get some invite code.. Our team have to complete 5 Ethereum bridge and then we will be able to get points. I am still learning the concept and will share if I get some new update

Looking at the BLAST project, it can be said to be a good project and has potential in the future, but I don't know whether the project will provide an airdrop or not. because what has happened is that several projects have leaked information about the existence of this airdrop, which can cause a commotion among hunters to create multi-wallets to get more airdrops. and the teams overhauled their strategies

It is a good project with good future the team are undoubtedly already showing history of past success with blur but we need certain amount of ethereum to get spins, investing some measly 0.01ETH will more likely not gonna give result, not to mention someone shouldn't invest that low amount in the first place but I wonder if in the future when airdrop is releasing it will be based around the amount of points earned, because after all there are many that deposits even as high as thousands of ethereum then the coin will later be too centralized in one holder, but then again I guess its advantage of having high capital because if you think about it, by the long time frame of staking that is about 3 months the gap will be wider and wider on those with small capital and the low capital, but regardles hopefully it will be bountiful airdrop for all of those that follows.

Ah ok...  As I was reading the OP, I was thinking where does the yield for the 'interest rate' given to the depositors come from?  Makes sense.  I think a lot of people at CT miss the point.  They were saying that bridging to Blast would trap your coins for months with nothing to show for.  They must have forgotten that Paradigm is behind this...  Remember the NFT project they had?  I think it was a free mint but then with a little marketing those NFT's trended up to 10 ETH each.  Lmao.

Not sure what's going to happen to BLAST tho.  But seeing how these things go, they're a bit lucrative.

Most of the dex targeted by hackers when they see any door with weak security. Blast is new project and got attention of the investors in very short time. In their latest quote posted 22 hours ago that they reached the milestone of 570 million. This is great number and record volume recieved in time of one week. Security will play main role in this project. If Blast team failed and faced hacking attack in early days then it will be big damage to this project because it will be very difficult to motivate investors after they lost interest.

Team is also aware of it and 3 days ago they share full detail information about security. They are working on Multisig wallet.

For Blast, each signer has exactly those properties. They are deeply technical engineers who have experience with high stakes applications ranging from financial applications to smart contracts.

It's possible to improve security one step further. To ensure more resilience to black swan events, in 1 week we'll update one of the multisig addresses to switch the underlying hardware wallet provider.

This will ensure that no single hardware wallet type is used 3 of 5 times, maintaining safety even in an unprecedented hardware wallet compromise scenario.

Multisigs can be highly effective if used properly. This is why L2s like Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and now Blast use a multisig model.

AFAIK, there was no announced airdrop from the team. It's largely based off of rumors. Since airdrops is a thing, it isn't surprising to see users flock Blast with their liquidity as it's a common narrative for liquidity to follow the newest shiny thing on the market. But I'd applaud the Blast protocol team for the idea of native yield on chain. This is not something that has been done by any other L2 network and we have had dozens of L2 networks all of which are just peddling off one another.

Only lucrative thing there is is confirmed airdrop, people are trapping their coins for this airdrop points only and popular names behind Blast is making people go haywire (for lack of better word in my vocabulary). I don't know what people's portfolio risk appetite is but some are risking way much (I have seen screenshiots on CX with people depositing 2k-5k eth (I think we can change CT to CX as Twitter has been renamed to X, lol)).

This deffo gonna be on hacker's radar, let's see how things turn out. I'll be staying on sideways watching.

I agree, several projects funded by Paradigm have shown extraordinary success, whether their research team can estimate or speculate that the projects they are looking at are very good.
The question is whether all Paradigm-funded projects provide a large ROI.

And it seems they are successful about their gimmick because you and others discovered them. Marketing is really important if you are selling a product, so that many people will be aware at you and they may support you once they like what you are offering to them. If fruit turns out sour, it could mean that they rush things? That's no good then. The hefty amounts of Ether is like a double-edged sword.

As it doesn't only attract the scammers but it also attracts the investors. Same goes with the airdrops if hunters abuse them. Both sides are still going to benefit, but I think the one that has the upper hand is of course the project owners. We already know why.

Although I didn't got any point on their website even my wallet is too old and also I have been participating in these Airdrops since 2 years. Also I'm regularly using that wallet for the Airdrops. But surely I don't know their criteria and didn't understand on what basis they are giving the points.

their initial free point for those that eligible with wallet that have done transaction are probably just accounting interaction with the blast smart contract and something like that, there are definitely many people that don't get the free point even though they've done their share of interaction in ethereum I guess they just wanna stick with rewarding people that uses their previous platform to give good gesture for their next platform.

there are also no free point besides for that eligibility of past interaction even depositing small amount of ethereum will do nothing, for 1 ethereum you will get a spin every week that could give you the point just imagine someone depoisiting 0.01 ethereum meanwhile the event gonna end in 3 months, its such short time definitely those that invested miniscule amount will get nothing.
