Looks like BC.game team has resolved all the accusations in Bitcointalk forum in a positive way. GekkeBelg, Jannn and earlypaco has shown satisfaction with the final decision of the casino.

The user dplay wasn't satisfied with the outcome as he had received less amount in USDT for the price change of Bitcoin. But BCgame team has transmitted the missing amounts in USDT to him today. By calculating the amount, he has received the full refund of his 7.1 BTC deposit. We still need to wait to hear back from him.

On the other hand, the user -god- claim has been denied as he had taken the benefits of the price listing error.

BC.game team had created a negative impression on the forum about them with the silence and ignorance. But it is going to be neutral (not positive) for the resolutions of those accusations. Hopefully they will be able to regain their reputation again with their activity, presence and actions in the forum.

You are right, but they will have to be patient in terms of gaining their reputation back to normal as it used to be before, criminals who repent will always have that stigma following them for some time before it finally clears.

So, this is a heads-up to the bc.game team to not think that resolving all this issues that lead to their bad reputation will immediately make them regain their good reputation back, they will have to be patient for those who red tagged to change it, and for the flag to also be deleted.
Saying this because they possible may be expecting the whole red tags to be changed overnight.

I supported this format because it summarizes what you've accomplished so far and what you're working on to resolve, only one left and it's the biggest
one but based on the flow of communication between the complainant and BC.Game on the complainant's thread, it will take some time before it will be resolved or it will not.

We're all about the players at BC.GAME but when the player abuses the platform to defraud us and make money and requests more money on top of the hundreds of thousands they've already exploited from us, we will not honor such cases nor do we think there was a breach in any of the ToS in regards to what we have done. We have let the user keep over $500,000 from what he made out of exploiting the bug; without pursuing the funds. There is no complaint to be addressed in such a case.

Maybe you may have to elaborate on this so that those of us who may not have a complete understanding of what issue some users had with deposit bonuses will as well understand.

And by the way, have you tried reaching out to their customer care concerning the issue?, what did they say?
How much exactly did you deposit that made you to be expecting $3200 as a bonus?

If I understand it well, you were getting rakeback/bonuses? You might have been down on your casino games itself, but if you add all the additional persk to this you came out in a plus situation. To be honest, you were smart to find a loophole but I can understand BC paying you back your deposits. Although it would have been more mature of them to pay you out in full, but you cannot demand that IMO.

There was no loophole. They just decided I should've lost more while playing.

There may have been no loophole in the game itself (hence you were down) but the loophole was in the reward system. You apparently found a way to lose less during the game than you would get in the rewards, thus creating yourself a positive EV situation. Smart. But I can understand they take it back.
Ofourse it would have been very nice of them to let you keep everything. But at the other hand if they were really mean they could have taken all your rewards and let you sit with the casino losses. Now they choose the middle way so you get out of it break even at least.

It’s always much easier to take the side of the customers because, the site exists to serve its customers and that’s the part of the population we mainly fit into. After all, the house (generally) is often known to have the hedge (I say this without any specifics but, as a norm).
Still, I can attest that some gamblers could be really terrible, taking every discovered loophole to their advantage and still, when discovered, they go the length of trying to play the victim.

BC. Game shouldn’t have let that linger for a long time though without putting up some explanation that disposes the inevitable and clarifies things.
In all that, it’s still cool having a support team on forum along with an official account to handle such situations when need be as well as, handling previous situations.

It's a welcome development that you've started a good support campaign here, it will increase the level of trust in you guys and I could see that many issues are being resolved gradually which relieves me more.

At some point, your casino was the most-alleged company here on Bitcointalk and it pains me personally as other casinos are operating as well but with little or no flaws. This takes me to the fact that what you guys call faults at times might not be as you say it but your overbearing nature and uncared attitude.

Regardless, this is why a support page like this is good at this time, after all, it will be able to help readers to read from both sides to really know the truth about the matter whether it's you or the bettors that is guilty.

We're all about the players at BC.GAME but when the player abuses the platform to defraud us and make money and requests more money on top of the hundreds of thousands they've already exploited from us, we will not honor such cases nor do we think there was a breach in any of the ToS in regards to what we have done. We have let the user keep over $500,000 from what he made out of exploiting the bug; without pursuing the funds. There is no complaint to be addressed in such a case.
It's a welcome development that you've started a good support campaign here, it will increase the level of trust in you guys and I could see that many issues are being resolved gradually which relieves me more.

At some point, your casino was the most-alleged company here on Bitcointalk and it pains me personally as other casinos are operating as well but with little or no flaws. This takes me to the fact that what you guys call faults at times might not be as you say it but your overbearing nature and uncared attitude.

Regardless, this is why a support page like this is good at this time, after all, it will be able to help readers to read from both sides to really know the truth about the matter whether it's you or the bettors that is guilty.

You are doing well with this development!

They need to do that since they lose the confidence of people to trust them due to recent incident happen. But if they can really show some good comeback and have active personnel to solve each issue that approached to them then for sure this could slowly regain the trust of players following the latest activities happening in their casino.

But they still have time to solve issues so I guess that will be the development want people to see to ease their doubts to play on their casino but since they are active here already I guess that one is positive sign and now its good for any affected users if there's still exist to go and ask for solving their issue since provably they will be taken care of as BC.game  trying to rebuild their reputation and want to give some good feedbacks coming from people who get a solution on their past issues.

I really wish this were true, about being "all about the player".   I am not going to get into the details of my case publicly right now  (BC is certainly aware of it)  But my experience has been terrible.   I have been ignored and blown off, and when I finally received some communication it was just more dragging of the feet, with everyone claiming it wasn't in their hands to resolve it, despite multiple people at BC admitting that mistakes were made.  It seems BC was only interested in resolving a few high profile complaints here for PR purposes. 

Anyone who has played at BC for the last few years has likely noticed the major drop off in the quality of support among other things.  To me, BC feels like a ship without a captain.  Even the CEO told me he isn't involved much anymore and is working on different projects,  before passing me off to someone else.  This is concerning. 

This BC.Game Support account at least tried to help me,  or appreared to try.  The other concerning thing was when I was passed on to the lead legal/compliance person at BC,  I recognized the TG account name as being the same as an account here from another BC complaint thread whom has made a post here shilling for BC, without stating their affiliation with the casino.   He made reference to "salty degens crying about losing"   so,  I kind of knew what to expect after seeing that.

BC.Game will not dispute this, as they already confirmed it to me.   I don't believe this is some nefarious thing, but, it showed me what I was dealing with,  and it wasn't encouraging considering this persons position in the company.


I would publicly like to thank user efialtis, I reached out to him and asked him to review the matter.   I have to admit I was a little skeptical considering his financial relationship with BC but he was honest and unbiased and certainly did not show a blind allegiance to the casino.  He fought for me,  but BC did not seem interested in a resolution.

Now is your best chance to be heard since BC.Game started this mass resolution to all pending cases against them as long as it doesn’t involved any abuse with their promotion. If @efialtis acknowledged your case then it means that you have a good chance to establish your case to bc.game

Start your own scam accusation thread on the reputation board and let Bc.game check it and discuss publicly so that forum members can check all the valid points to determine who’s right or wrong.

It’s necessary to share your case in public so that we can understand what’s really the problem.

If you guys really cared about your customers, you'll wouldn't scam them in the first place. For example, look at Sinbad.io who paid everyone properly before leaving.
