In this case, there is no best, first of all, check if the casino accepts players from your country and if the answer is yes, then you can also pass KYC in that casino. Many of us here on the forum do not like KYC, and we have been actively avoiding it for years. I guess each for our own reasons, and there are a few good reasons for sure. Isn't it though that is the purpose of playing online or at least why there is online casinos in the first place, it's borderless so regardless where you are and where the casino's headquarters is, you can play, being anonymous, although there are casinos that certain countries for some reasons.

It's been an issue that many can't stop arguing because it's true that we're taking care of our anonymity while the most of the casinos these days are asking for the KYC of their players.

Take it as if a normal process these days because even if they want to let their players play without having the need to KYC, it is the government that pushes them to do so for AML purposes.

I think it is not on the country it is more on the kind of documents that they can accept, and that you can provide, once your location is listed as one of the accepted countries in their platform they accept major documents like driver's licenses, passport, and national ID in the first place why would accept players in that country if they will not accept their documents.

So the most important here is to check if your location is accepted in the casino where you are going to play and ask the support, for the documents that they are willing to accept, whether you're living in a third-world country or a rich country, the documents are all the same.

Government are not the ones that makes a casino or gambling platforms request for kyc, the gambling platforms developers make the decision of this on their own, what you can do is to check and make research about if your country allows for gambling or it's against the law, if they allow, then you're also to make research on which gambling platform category to use, is it a kyc or no kyc casino that you want.

I don't know which country is best, but to me, any country that doesn't have a gambling ban for its citizens is a good country to leave, and beside, will you have to relocate to another country because you want to gamble in a restriction-free gambling country?
 
Many casinos have to disable and ban some country citizens from gambling at their casinos as a result of them not being able to get licences from those countries, and they don't want any regulatory issues from those countries because they are not permitted to provide service to their citizens. There could be some kind of case that could be filed against them.
 
The best thing to do is just to look for a casino that allows you to gamble from your place with no restrictions on them and also has your favourite games enabled on them, and then you can gamble on them.

KYC is the simplest issue of which service platform to use. If you can't access it, there's no need to force yourself to use it. Although as far as I know, there are also services that support verification of these types of accounts, but it is always unsafe and unpredictable incidents can occur.

I think it's just a matter of legality in this area, which the OP can reach. And actually, I can feel that the countries that accept gambling all have developed economies. As for me, I will choose to move to live in Asian countries, and I quite like casinos in Macau. But anyway, I don't choose such a life, for gambling experiences, I only stop at entertainment.

If you're a gambler with big money or you being a high roller you can think of relocating into a new country for the purpose of gambling. Not every gambling platform request you to fulfill KYC completely. There are different levels and those are completely based on the withdrawal limit you need. If you want big volume of withdrawal then you need to pass KYC completely. Restrictions can be seen on different platforms and we have got lot many gambling platforms to choose. I can remember when I visited a casino and saw their bonus advertisement here on this form, but I was restricted from registering with the statement "We don't offer service to people from your jurisdiction." A similar statement was shown to me, and I was wondering if I should use a VPN or not, but at the end of the day, I had to abandon it and move on with my daily life activities.

The most easy way to cope with that is to gamble at reputed and professional casino, not trying to scam their customers. Honest casinos won't ask you KYC and won't lock your funds because you're gambling from a restricted location, they will just not allow you to register, to login or to place bets from your location. And if you want to completely avoid that risk you can bet on web3 decentralized casinos.
Otherwise I think rich western countries with liberal laws are the most safe.

Malta is within the EU and is trying to set itself up as friendly towards crypto I think hence why it might have cleared access more widely in Europe.  UK being ex-eu but retaining alot of the laws and agreements anyway sounds like that is the case for the variance.

You know, I don't think it's important which country is the best, because as long as it's legitimate and not illegal and you can gamble, it's fine for me. Because the important thing in this is that you can gamble properly and you also know what's going on.

Now, if there is anything you don't like about their Tos, you cannot gamble at their casino. I guess the decision is always up to us, right? And if it has KYC requirements and the operation and system are good, why not?

Nowadays, the country where you live is not the problem, because you can bypass it using VPN. Even if you live in a very restricted country, if you buy a premium VPN where difficult to detect the casino software, you will have fun. I'd say choose a country that has a low cost of living and then pick a crypto casino that allows that specific country, that is if you really want to maximize it. If not, then really just pick any country that allows gambling. If you choose a specific casino it's rather easy to see what countries they allow to play on their site anyway. Some people recommend VPN but I'd 100% avoid it since if you get caught and banned, most likely in an instance after winning big, you'd lose all of that and you can't do jack about it.
