- Binance has agreed to pay fine totatling $4.3 billion.

• CZ's plea deal may preserve the companys ability to operate.
• CZ will retain majority owernership of binance.
• CZ will not be able to hold an excutive role at the company.
• CZ could face up to 16 months jail.

3. It's not 4.6 billion, they're talking about lowering that.
