Hey I really need your assistance if you don't mind, let me explain:

My Bitcoin has been stuck in pending for 3+ weeks. Cash app rejected my Bitcoin deposit for no reason and then when I reversed it into my coinbase it got stuck on the blockchain. CashApp sent it with a very very low fee which I had no say so over and they won't do anything to help me.

I don't have enough money to pay the fees on viabtc... the only money I have is the BTC that's pending I need it really bad please help me...

There is nothing that can be done, but to wait for it to be dropped which I think again is not happening anytime soon because it seems CashApp is actually rebroadcasting it maybe due to an in-built feature.

The transaction doesn’t also meet the requirements to be able to be accelerated freely by ViaBTC. Because the fee is very low

The fee is way too small—$0.31 for an almost $400 transaction? I don't think it'll ever go through. I'm not sure if the free BTC accelerators actually do anything; I haven't tested them myself, but I've read some Reddit users praising them, so I went ahead and tried bitaccelerate (https://bitaccelerate.com/) on your transaction. It says that it was successful, but don't take my word for it. Just be a little patient, and if it actually works, it should get through within the day or tomorrow.

Since Cashapp refuses to do anything about it then it's either wait or try a CPFP transaction but that depends on what your receiving wallet is, I hope is not again one that you don't own.

If you controls the key of the receiving wallet, all you can do is child-pay-for-parent as stompix posted already. But if the Coinbase is not the noncustodial wallet but the Coinbase.com which is custodial, you have no option than to wait if Cashapp can not help.

My bad, I didn't understand at first that it was practically sent by a service due to issues explained by the OP and the inputted fee was one they theoretically chose.

I know that it doesn't do much, if anything at all. ViaBTC is the one I've only used once, when I chose a relatively low fee, because I saw it quite often on the forum here, but I decided to simply attempt if the others are of any use. What happens if it never goes through? Does it return back to the sender, if so, how long does that take, because it's already 21 days the transaction was broadcasted.

So Coinbase is my receiving wallet and I also tried to contact support and they said there was nothing they could do to help me:( I've tried every free accelerator out there and even paid for a cheapie one that ended up just taking my money and when it reply to my emails..

I really I'm mad at Cash app for sending it with such a small fee. I don't know why they rejected it from the in the first place. But they gave me an option to reverse it to an alternative address so I chose my Coinbase address thinking it would just go straight into my account but unfortunately when catch up automatically reversed it to whatever address I put in they must have sent it with the smallest fee possible..

Yeah, it's nothing you can do since you're not in control of any of them!

That's what true accelerators do, (not scammers like you've encountered) they have a pool in which they include the tx they want to be confirmed despite low fees.
But no small miner here has that hashing power to help you.

Now, since the free one isn't working then you have two choices:
- wait...and that can be a long wait and you tx will either get confirmed or dropped and then you can go and ask cashapp to send it again
- pay for a real accelerator, viabtc is a bit way to expensive but binance pool or mempool.space itself might be cheaper, what I got it's 20-25$ , your choice, at least those are for sure not scammers.

If it gets dropped completely then is as it never happed in the first place, as for the time there is no actual rule, it depends too much on the connected nodes and their size, I've seen tx getting confirmed after 6 months in the mempool, plus rebroadcasting it as the OP did does help a bit to keep it alive if small nodes drop it temporary and now they are have free space to hold it again.

All you can do is to wait for them to enable your accelerator-service account.

After that, you'll have to deposit a minimum of 100,000satoshi.
Then paste your TXID on their blockexplorer  (use the "search" feature above their webpage)
In the transaction's 'ETA', click "Accelerate" and you'll be provided with various acceleration options. (the minimum should be enough in most cases)
Finalize it with the "Accelerate" button below.

Just for clarification, is your "Coinbase" the actual Exchange or "Coinbase Wallet" app?
Because you have a chance to CPFP it with the latter.

Alright, that's cool, you're entitled to have your own opinion, no one prohibits that. However, how is your reply anywhere helpful to the OP? You're claiming that he wouldn't have such an issue with Bitcoin SV, how is that of any help? Transaction accelerators are the only possible solution to quicken the resolution of OPs issue. Personally, I never faced such an issue before, the OP has fallen in a pitfall of another 3rd party platform, if he had conducted the transaction himself, it would have gone through just fine.

As for the OP and his problem, maybe he won't need a transaction accelerator because the mempool is slowly emptying, and maybe his transaction will be confirmed in the next 2-3 days. If he waited 3 weeks, maybe he should wait another 3 days, but if he has $20 to pay for acceleration, it will definitely not be an expensive lesson to be a little more careful with the services he will use in the future.

How so? You said you use Coinbase. That is custodial, and yes, if so, you can't bump the fee, because of how the Coinbase software is designed. If the wallet software you use is one of the reputable open-source, then it is most likely supporting RBF or CPFP (which is not needed nowadays with Full RBF).

Coinbase wallet and exchange are two different accounts so if you are receiving funds to your exchange's bitcoin address then it will be only shown there.

If I am not wrong, I already replied to you about why you can't use free TX acceleration on another thread.

The positive thing is the Mempool has been clearing for the past couple of days, so if it goes at this rate then your TX will be confirmed in a week (max). Next time make sure that you have possession of one end to avoid getting trapped like these.

I doubt mempool will clear up any time soon till the point to transactions paying ~7sat/b will get confirmed. We are one day away from the week-end and any transaction paying less than ~9sat/b is being purged!
OP, all you have to do is either to pay an extra fee for a legitimate accelerator as the one suggested above or wait till your transaction get dropped. Consider it a lesson learned. If you have no choice but to use custodial services, at least consider using a non custodial wallet in the middle. Instead of sending directly from cash app to coinbase, if you have sent from cash app to your own wallet then to coinbase then, at least, you could have the choice to accelerate the stuck transaction since you could be either the receiving or the sending party!

Yes the congestion doesn’t seems like something that will reduce to such low level anytime soon. Today we had a 30sats/vbyte before It is climbing back up again. As for the dropping of the transaction I don’t think OP will get that now because first it looks like the transaction is been rebroadcasted by the CashApp repeatedly since the transaction as been there for three weeks now and this will not help in the dropping of the transaction.

Also yes the purge is set at 9sats/vbyte but that is not the general rule because node have different capacity of how many transactions can be stored on their mempool and some could still have transactions with fees lower than that purge value in their mempool and that will cause it not to be totally dropped from the pool.

Your 7 sat/vByte transaction confirmed, which is a bit surprising to me. Did the mempool empty to the point where it confirmed manually or did you accelerate it with Mempool.space? Some feedback would be appreciated because it can help others who are in the same situation as you. It would also give credibility to Mempool.space and it's acceleration service. I don't remember seeing a post where someone wrote about their experience using Mempool.space tx acceleration yet.

The transaction was confirmed about 2 days ago and I am really sure that mempools were not good enough to have normal confirmation for waiting transactions with fee rates about 7 sat/vbyte.

The block explorer shows the transaction was not opted in with RBF.

Both [1, 2] mempool observers did not show fee rates cheaper than 20 sat/vbyte on December 1. The transaction was confirmed in a block found by F2Pool.

I think the only way to know if a tx was accelerated by a mining pool is if the transaction was added in one of the blocks mined by the pool the tx was submitted to, but in ViaBTC's paid acceleration service, your tx can be accelerated by either ViaBTC pool or one of their cooperating pools, and i would like to think that it is the same for other paid tx accelerating pools. Surely op accelerated this tx, because fee rate in the mempool hasn't dropped as low as the fee rate they attached to their tx.
