All transactions she only does in the bank branch and while she uses her debit card from time to time, I would say she pays 95% in cash. My dad is doing online banking sometimes, but losses his logins once a month and needs to reset everything. My friends have very similar experiences with their parents and grandparents, which makes me question how the world could advance at the current stage. Maybe in 30 years once all the older generations are gone it’s going to look different, but right now it seems impossible.
