What happened::
i wanted to wtihdraw my money and got requested for a verification, succesfully completed it and withdraw half of my money. Later on i played some more, and my balance remained mostly the same or even decreased. After that i decided to withdraw rest of my balance and was asked to complete the verification again. Succesfully completed it again  and received message that i can withdraw now https://prnt.sc/sqgwN8UZtmti . The same day (11 November) i put rest of my balance on withdrawal and still havent recieved it.
First 2 weeks casino was answering me  like this "We apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, your withdrawal request is still being processed.
We will notify you once the transaction is made.
Later on, after my today chat with their support , thats the answer i received

i've tried to contact the PAGCOR through the link on their site and everytime i try to sumbit it it shows captcha error, and thats the same from any browser.

While after i checked this ETEC GLOBAL Ltd, its in UK and doing some 3d modelling

Hmm... never stumbled upon this casino before.

Where do you get that piece of information that they're under Etec Global Ltd.? I can't seems to find that info. Looking at the footer of their page, all I found is that they're with New Wave Infotech, which according to this, is within their list.

I haven't run their registration to Philippinesse govt. database, though.

another withdrawal issue on their gambling site, it seems like they always have a problem when a gambler is trying to withdraw from their gambling site.

anyway, have you shown the email that was sent to you saying that you can request a withdrawal? Have you asked them why you are suddenly under investigation even after passing the KYC verification and were told that you can request a withdrawal?

Had you taken enough time to read through their ANN thread which you just shared in the OP, you could have known that the casino is shady and probably wouldn't have deposited any amount there.
They do have so weird issues that take long to get resolved and seeing how they treated your case. I am not surprised. I am going to tag the account for this open scam accusation. If they take longer to reply or resolve the case, it will add a trust flag on their profile.

I see that the company mentioned "New Wave Infotech Limited" is really licensed on PAGCOR but i'm not so sure of the URL used if its registered or not. I also asked their support if the URL is registered to their database as one of the registered url under that company.

So, how often you message/follow up them regarding this matter? Have you PM their representative on this forum? It seems you posted on their ann but without response from their team. So i suggest to pm them.

There have been negative trust feedbacks on them already and they've got scam accusations a few months ago. Haven't you seen their thread before signing up? Although I've seen you posted there a few days ago but this casino is like a random one and you barely get some help from them. The rep seem to reply a couple of post on that announcement thread that they have but then, if they keep asking for a new version of verification and there's a continuous delay of withdrawal. I'm sorry to say but you can feel what you don't want to hear from us. But anyway, still wishing you luck that this case will be resolved by them.

Not really sure about their license and wether it's genuine or not (as I don't know how to verify that with total certainty), but as I've already said in and replied to your comment in their ann thread: their representative have many red tags on his profile for not processing users withdrawal requests. So, what made you decide to play there! as far as i can see they are not offering any special bonuses or promotions which may make someone prefer playing there instead of playing on one of the well known and reputable casinos!

If I may guess, ETEC is in partnership with them as their financial solution.

The registered address doesn't match with the one they list on their website, but the mailing address certainly does, so does the company logo, so I am quite sure we're talking about the same ETEC.



As for NWI themselves, they're also legally registered in Philipphines,



So that's all about ETEC and NWI's legal situation.

Nonetheless, for the time being, I don't think there's much we can do other than wait, given you tried [unsuccessfully] to get in touch with PAGCOR to solve this.  I'll try to invite them here, let's see if we can get this sorted out.

I actually wanted to point out wether it's an issues arising from you that you're unable to complete the kyc request, but looking at the case with a critical focal view, there's much to be suspected about the platform you're using, were you not able to identify some of their online reviews to have gone through before using them, because i may have to blame you here since you're not sure of having adequate information about them before using them, you're lucky that they granted your first two requests, all because you're not making a complete withdrawal, you now discover that after attempting to do so, maybe you should recheck their ToS if it allow complete withdrawal or not before establishing your fact finally.

You can also try to file a complaint on casinoguru or askgamblers if they are making you wait too long. This might force them to come out and try to "resolve" the issue publicly. I am seeing some withdrawal complaints on casinoguru some of which were resolved.

All I know is Pagcor is very strict and they will call out or revoke their license if there are valid complaints on online casinos they managed to issue a license

They seem to be selective scammers, they let you win first, withdraw the first time, then you get greedy, deposit more and lose your money.
The best thing you can do is to continue posting here and on Reddit in the hope that this scam topic will appear first on google search and they will try to contact you so that their scam is not exposed.

They are deceptive by posting a license certificate from Pagcor, they have an intention to scam the community, now that they are exposed people should stop playing on their platform, there's a possibility that OP will not get his withdrawal, I doubt if they can address this issue, it's already coming from Pagcor and the representative is not log in here since Nov. 28.
OP should consider adding the word scam to the title of the thread and creating a flag, I'll be going to support the flag if OP decides to create one.

In all sense of fairness, I think there could be a simple case of miscommunication. I think Richy.Casino is not the name they're registered under, much like other more-established casino that's registered with Curacao does not exactly list the brand of their casino. Instead, they're licensed under the company name.

Hmm... I see. From that wording, the miscommunication and misunderstanding should be near minimal. Though I am still confused how they're not under Pagcor while Pagcor still list them on their list of offshore license. With several consideration, I think it'll be best if I left a feedback regarding this, to warn the community who have an interest on their platform, at least until they gave their explanation.
