Bitcoin has surged for 2.87% today and reached the highest level in 2023.

2.8% is just a percentage increase in 24h or 1d. If you look again at the Bitcoin price graph on several sites, it has changed again - it has increased by 3% and will still be able to increase and decrease according to my analysis when monitoring the Bitcoin graph rate on tradingview.

Does this year has more surprises for us and we can break all time high of bitcoin ?

I don't know how it will go at the end of this year. I think this year there will not be a high price because in the cycle it still takes many days to reach a new historical high price level.
I referred to several sources regarding the Bitcoin halving time which said it was around 130 days away plus the number of days after the halving. Here I said the highest record still won't happen this year but based on current calculations it will happen in 2024 and I still don't dare say it will definitely happen.

There's a month left till the end of the year, and this all this progress, Bitcoin is still more than 40% down from its ATH. I don't think it's going to fully recover till the end of the year, and I think it's somewhat early for a proper bullish market. Perhaps we'll just see a new stabilization of the price somewhere around $40-$45k and enter a new phase of few changes of the price. Of course, maybe I'm completely wrong, but I'm just not that optimistic. Another turnback with the price returning to $30k is also completely realistic at this point.

Bitcoin's new ATH doesn't look like it will happen in 2024, it's just that bitcoin will continue to soar in price and it might be difficult for the price to fall to 10k. I think many Bitcoiners are spoiled because of those unrealistic gains we have seen during the early days. In reality Bitcoin has made about 130%+ over the last 12 months. Wouldn't that be called bullish for almost any other asset? Taking into account that interests will be dropping as inflation is dropping and that the next halving is around the corner, I am quite optimistic that it would not be wrong to say we are all set up to keep the momentum going. It is just not as realistic to go from 40k to 80k in the same amount of time we went from 4k to 8k.

Bitcoin has rebounded this year according to the article and indeed with when the lowest price was $16K now bitcoin will soon approach $40K and become the highest this year if it happens there is a possibility I will see it but this is still in prediction we cannot determine an accurate result.

I think yes this year has more surprises for us because I think BTC might cross $40k and then $50k but it all depends on the good news like ETFs getting approved. Most of the new outlets are talking about ETFs getting approved before or near 2024 and if that happens the BTC price is going to shoot up. And it will shoot up in a mere time and the amazing thing is we don't or can't assume how much positive impact it would have on BTC price.

Because just the fake news of it has pumped it from $28k to $38k, which shows the true potential of ETFs, and on real approval things will move way faster in terms of price.

And BTC has already touched $39k resistance and the next one is $40 and then the path to $45k is clear. Overall market sentiments revolved around government decisions they can do anything to manipulate things.

Bitcoin price may be above expectations. However, as always, it can be in unexpected things on the market. There is a positive atmosphere in the crypto market, but it is possible to turn this air into a negative atmosphere. It is not always good to be very optimistic, so we should not ignore the possibility of a correction in the market.

I think the price of bitcoin has not reached this year ATM though there was a tremendous pump of it price which currently stood at $38800 and with month candlestick pointing to a very bullish one just like the two previous months candlestick a very good indication of a likely massive pump in this month, the next strong resistance zone is $49000 I don't think price would reach that zone thus possibly not attainable this year nevertheless whichever price mark attained before the end of the year is a pointer to next year likely massive pump in it price as we draw near to halving of it price and likely approval of Bitcoin ETF by SEC.

Still expecting a new ATH in the last 1-2 years. $39k isn't the exact ATH we want to record in the last 1 year.

Although there are still controversies whether we are currently in the era of a bullrun or if this is a bulltrap but we expect the prices to soar above the current levels.

One of the factors that will contribute grately to it will be the approval of ETF, if it goes through then we are on a full scale bullrun which means we could see new levels exceeding the current $39k

Looking at the news on X.com, there is a possibility that a spot Bitcoin ETF will be accepted between January 5 and 10 next year.
It's certainly getting closer and anticipating how the wave will be quite positive shows the market price rallying again, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if in the middle or at the end of the month bitcoin will touch $40K.

Yes Bitcoin has breached this year's ATH and I am sure we may reach $40k if this trend continues but December has not been so great for Bitcoin in the past. I would bet on Bitcoin till first half of December and need to be very cautious towards the second half of December. But we are still far away from ATH figure which Bitcoin might most likely achieve during the next year's possible bullrun. It looks like next year would be a huge one for Bitcoin as without official bullrun Bitcoin has shown so much of improvement and upward trend which is more than 140% increase compared to Bitcoin's value in the month of December last year.
