Bitcoin has surged for 2.87% today and reached the highest level in 2023. Does this year has more surprises for us and we can break all time high of bitcoin ?

There's always high possibilities that bitcoin will continue to surge high more and may reach its all time high earlier than we expect it, just like there's also chances for bitcoin to drop again and see bitcoin price in crash. Both can actually happen in the market. However, if only positive news will fill the market, then bitcoin price will sure to reach another all time high within this year.

Actually this scenario has already happened in the previous years. When people are chasing for higher prices of bitcoin, then bitcoin price suddenly dropped that makes the people resort into panic selling. But if faith is within us, I guess that would be enough to still cling  on the potentials of bitcoin that it would never frustrate us in the end.

Pumps are really the thing we gonna expect during December just like it happened before but we couldn't be confident enough that we're going straight to bullish or ATH as we are still too far from that. As halving gets closer, demand rises together with the price. The price of Bitcoin is currently $39,600 and probably it surpass $40k any of these days. With the current situation of the market, we are being too positive that this year the price of Bitcoin will stay above $40k.

The market has reached the highest level of recovery in the first month of December, the market is much better than I expected because I predicted that the price of $ 40k could be reached in the middle and end of December but the prediction was wrong and the market will probably close at $ 50k by the end of the month, but there is no prediction certain and perhaps some people's predictions regarding a recovery near ATH will be achieved this month, the bull market may increase at unpredictable high price levels.

Is a nice site to view Bitcoin almost climbing up to $40,000 which has sprung up a lot of discussions in that direction and many bitcoin market speculators are already predicting a bull return in the Bitcoin market,  but for me I am sure 40k is not a enough benchmarks to call it a bull market but rather,  we are at a recovery level at the moment and this could possibly holds way for quite a while before any major market break out that could then be considered,  the start of a bull market and by then we can aimed and seeing a new all time high (ATH) price.

At this point, we are only seeing some level of recovery in the price of bitcoin and nothing more than that,  2.87% movement is still ok to make some short-term DCA decisions,  but then also we have to check the risk ratio.

Whether this is a bull market or a market in recovery depends on when you bought bitcoin. If you bought bitcoin when it was at 15k-17k then you cannot say this is a recovering market when you have made over 150% profit. For me, this was not a strong bullish season as many expected, but this year was a bullish year for me because I made 2x, even 4x profits from investments into altcoins. If we rely on the bitcoin chart, we are in the pre-bull phase and the bear season is over.

I almost died of laughter reading this sentence. Believe it or not, there are quite a few people in the forum who do not own any Bitcoin, but some of them do so out of necessity, they live in poor countries and what they earn in signature campaigns they exchange to be able to live.

What is clear is that the best is beginning. A couple of years ago an unexpected drop began (because everyone expected a higher ATH) and since then we only had a drop in price and boredom, like 6 months this year that have been sideways. 2024 and 2025 will most likely be good years.

As it was already assumed that the price of Bitcoin could increase from the end of this year we are seeing the current market conditions. We have reached the last month of 2023. Next year we look forward to Bitcoin halving. Since Halving will be organized, the confidence of the investors in the market has been also increased. Although we thought that maybe we could see Bitcoin surpass 40K in the last week of this month but it already surpass. Bitcoin is going to be bullish beyond the expected time. Meanwhile, the market has risen to $41700. I think if this trend continues we will cross 45k soon. Today the total market cap has reached 1.615 trillion. This is definitely a positive aspect. We expect to see a new Bitcoin ATH surpassing the previous ATH next year.

It has been expected to reach 40$k and above this December mate , though some believe it will take place in November but of course many have failed  

ATH this year is 39k and still counting https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/  so I assume this week( as we are still in weekend) will have 40kish in the morning of Monday .
2.87% is still a little to 5 that i believe will seal the BULL run properly , How many times that we are in 30k  level but never break 40k since couple of years.

It looks like that's a quite good possibility, we are not even 10% away from that, we are less different and it could very well happen. One day you wake up and it has moved from 39k levels to 41k levels, why not wake up to a day where it's 43k+ as well, and after that it's only matter of time to reach 45k or more.

The market is definitely very bullish, especially if we consider that the halving has not taken place yet, but with bitcoin reaching 42k during some moments and with the price still remaining above 41k then it is clear that December is bound to be a great month for bitcoin, and it is even possible that we may surpass the 45k level before this month ends, what I do not know is if that kind of bullish sentiment can be maintained for long or if a correction will come before the halving as the price of bitcoin seems to be on the high side already.

I wish I had a job during that time because I would've made more potential profit if I had but I chose to chill and relax before becoming a part of the workforce which isn't that bad at all, it's not like I didn't do anything during those times doing relaxing, I made some personal progress so I can hopefully sell my skill better and it did pay off somehow. Pretty awesome experience. I just hope that bitcoin's going to continue it's run until the first few months of 2024, not a bad year to start if bitcoin gets to 100k right?

There is always breaking of All Time High mate because this has been recorded each 4 years cycle but
if you are assuming because of the Increase happening now is that we will make it this year of 2023?I'm not sure that there is even a chance .

the market is showing great as we always had  in each December or started in October each year ,
but that does not count of making ATH in December without the 4 year cycle that we have been witnessed for multiple   times now.

But what OP seems to believe that it is not just the Highest level of 2023 but another ATH for Bitcoin

Bitcoin's 24-hour ATH on some exchanges is $42,400,  which is just very close to $45k, and if it can get to $45k, I assume that it will not be difficult to break another ATH for the year 2023; perhaps December is still left with 26 days, and if the price is supposed to get to $50k before the end of the year, it surely will. I am now positive that it might get to $50k before the end of 2023.

It's obvious that the green color of bitcoin that is showing right now indicates that they will be a bullrun come 2024 and what I understand in bitcoin increment is that it retrace every year either goes up or it falls, but right now I don't think anyone can complain about bitcoin price of this year because we started seeing positive in bitcoin this starting from July and August.so we can't compare this year price and last year price, each of the have it's market regulations that determine the acceleration or increase of the price.

As the market prepares for the halving and the bull market, this is how it looks. I am still waiting for all other altcoins that are close to bitcoin to react on the marketcap to find out how big the cryptocurrency will become this time around. Are you using altcoins to measure or determine the marketcap of cryptocurrency, you know quite well that bitcoin gives rise to other coins and its well known and understanding that bitcoin increment skyrocket altcoins and if bitcoin should deficiency in the market base on the demands that helps for it's increment is low, that means altcoins who is under bitcoin will also drop in the market..in nullshell bitcoin price boasts the price of other coins.

Today marks the beginning of the last month of the year and currently the price of BTC is trading around $38k per Bitcoin, though the momentum is gradually increasing day after day as we approach the end of the year and Bitcoin next halving, we are $31k away from its ATH, after we dropped to the lowest of $16k after the last bull run and if you minus 16k from the current price 38k, Bitcoin have had $22k increase in the price from January to November; Therefore, I don't see the possibility of Bitcoin using 1 month to have a growth of $31k from the current price to take us to 69K ATH.

If the OP throughly mean this then it won't be possible or might be just that we can't tell but certainly base on presumption it won't be possible for Bitcoin to hit All Time High this December. It might even turn out that Bitcoin might fall back to something lower than we expect, that's the volatile nature of Bitcoin which we must have understood.

No one is controlling the market, it is just an assumption base on the current market abilities, for certain the halving will definitely bring Bitcoin to an All Time High but before then there will be a bull run which is what we are experiencing now. Every other altcoins are associated with the price movement of Bitcoin, as Bitcoin is about to hit an All Time High I believe same will happen to those altcoins we hope to see them reach a higher price range.

No one really knows for sure. It's best to use logic and not rely too much on what people are saying.

This seems like a Santa Claus rally, and our next local resistance is at $47,000. We've officially entered phase 2 of the bull market. Don't be surprised if we go back to $30,000 in the upcoming weeks. Something tells me many people wouldn't know how to manage their positions, and most of us might get deceived and played.

Timing isn't our strong suit. It's just about thinking about the probabilities.

There's no such way on knowing on when bull run do kicks in and tons of people had been assuming out that it is really that indeed just lurking in the shadows but with those recent ETF's and other
positive fundamentals then it would really be just that so hard to believe that this is some sort of bull trap. Whether there's a bull trap or not or simply organic growth then it is really always that
safe to assume that there would really be always a market correction on which it is really just that a normal approach on having this kind of movement because we know that market
cant really shoot up that too fast. There's always a correction after that but cant really be denied that this year do really shows that positive thing considering
that we've been sitting for so long on lower levels and now we are already past half way on reaching out the all time high which it might happen on next year but no one
actually knows.
