its only worth to break if they could file ETF and gets approved, but they have court ongoing i don't really think they gonna get approved anyway, the recent rumour about foundation behind XRP finding company to file the ETF i think just a rumour trying to help breakthrough current price and turn the coin into bullish but I don't really think XRP could do that.
not to mention that current price is $0.5 its simply too far from the all time high and even if ETF approved which is unlikely it will also have hard time reaching that price, remember bitcoin ETF approval give no significant change toward the market im expecting XRP ETF approval (which then again unlikely) gonna have similar impact more or less. at this point i prefer other coin like ethereum, at least if someone filed ETF its still make sense for it to get approved around this year.

What kind of victory are you talking about if the SEC lawsuit against Ripple continues? And I think the SEC will not lose this case and will be able to convince the court to pay a fine that exceeds $700 million. We will be able to see the pump of the XRP coin only if the judge refuses to satisfy the SEC claims.

Indeed , Maybe what he is pointing about the recent success of XRP team against SEC but we have to wait for finalization as there are very little that Ripple will just win like that and you are correct about that possible  700 million dollars fine though it may low a little but the fact that they need to pay this amount that would damage the total capitalization and possible dumping happens.

I don't think XRP has already secured a win in the case filed against it by SEC though there are those who are predicting that it would eventually win the case then there is a big chance for XRP to gain price mileage though it would be hard for it to go back to its last ATH. There are now better competitors in the market and they are more advanced and agile than what XRP can offer...hence XRP is already considered to be old and sluggish. XRP has already lost that excitement and pioneering spirit hence there are many supporters who are already turning away from it. But then am not really an expert on things to come so I would be happy to be proven wrong!

Also XRP coins are not able to build good positions due to their poor management. But if XRP Coin can pass the SEC charge case hearing positive then XRP will surely create new ATH of its price. The biggest problem right now is that XRP is currently unable to control its price due to litigation. XRP coin price is currently at 0.51$ so if you invest at this time you can definitely reap the benefits. The price of XRP coins will definitely increase in the future as it is very likely that the price of this coin will be at least 3 to 5 dollars in 2025. One platform that is widely trusted as an older platform is the XRP platform.

I don't think that's possible, just like you said, all projects must have development over time, if there is no development then investors will leave the project, I remember the top 10 cmc list at that time, and LTC entered there then there was a project named Waltonchain, Aeternity, now these 2 projects have disappeared, while LTC is still there at 19.
This indicates that if there is no progress, the project will die.

You should consider the difference on circulating supply between the time it reach ATH and against the current one because XRP supply is massive and there’s still have a lot more of lock XRP waiting to unlocked.

Buying this kind of token while there’s a lot of locked token for the devs is suicidal. You are just letting the devs use your money as an exit liquidity once their token unlock. It’s very hard to reach another ATH but yeah it’s possible considering how dumb and crazy people that investing on altcoins right now.

You can invest in whatever coin that you want, but you have to accept the consequences of doing this, XRP has failed to surpass its previous ATH for years now, and many of those that bought at the top either sold for a loss or they are still holding their coins hoping for a miracle, but if they had not invested in XRP and had instead done so in bitcoin or ethereum they could have multiplied their money many times over already, showing that XRP has been a lousy investment during all of those years.

the fact that they are at the top ten of highest market cap coin right now is also the cause and the reason why hitting $3.4 is kinda impossible, money right now flowing to the newer project
like celestia, dym, zksync and so on, the money aren't flowing to these top coins no more other than bitcoin, ethereum and some other coin that are rising at the latest pump.
this is the reason i have avoided investing in XRP or something like that, i just don't think it will rise that much in the future.
if im trying to get profit out of investment i might as well just follow the trend and invest into the newer coin after all they have better potential than this one.

Yes after wining the case xrp performed well. People trust xrp huge. XRP Now very hot coin for investment. It's usability and popularity increasing day by day. Because after wining case people thinking xrp is more trusted now. Snd it’s price $0.556 now.
