This is the beauty of Bitcoin. You cannot invest into real estate or buy small portion of land with small amounts. But in Bitcoin investment, you can start with as low as $10. There's no limitation in Bitcoin investment which makes it a very powerful investment option. But if you are really going to invest into Bitcoin then I suggest you not to do it all at once. Focus more on doing DCA if you have less knowledge about trading and other stuff.

We have different perspective on where bitcoin price can go, it is speculative if bitcoin can go down to 30k again assuming that it is before the bull market. I myself believe that we can go that price point but I think that OP wouldn't want to miss the chance for him to invest in such price given that he is aware and has a knowledge about the risk of investing into cryptocurrency. If bitcoin go up more than 40k, the difference would only be the profit potential that OP can get but overall, I also think it's a good move investing in bitcoin even with the entry price he choose.

Dollar cost averaging would be also good strategy but again OP bought the bitcoin already and it will hardly depend on him if he will follow the advices we posted in his thread.

Don't you think you approached this wrongly especially knowing very well that land never depreciates no matter which part of the world...unless it's a war zone! Probably you have your reasons for not doing so earlier, maybe because of other commitments....

It might be a good suggestion for OP and this suggestion might work for OP.  The way OP posted that he is willing to invest all the money to buy his land, he may never have planned that when he needs the money, if his investment is at a temporary loss, he will have to sell his investment at a relative loss to meet his needs. In order not to have to sell his investment at a loss, OP can save a part of his total money if he wants so that he can meet his needs with the savings money if he needs it in the future. If I had planned to invest the money from selling my land entirely in Bitcoin, I would definitely save some money instead of investing the whole money.

Not a bad idea. But know the risk and rewards involved. If you are not willing to risk  your money, and you might need the money in case of emergency or something like that, then in that case, the purchasing a land would be a better choice. The value of land should be appreciating in the long run, but the returns might be minimal, but at least you won't be losing any money due to inflation or something like that. On other hand, if you are willing to risk, and you won't need the money anytime soon, then invest in bitcoin and keep holding it until you are ready to take your profit. But don't invest the money if you might need it anytime soon. The market is very volatile and having to sell at the wrong time might cause some huge losses for you.

It might be a good suggestion for OP and this suggestion might work for OP.  The way OP posted that he is willing to invest all the money to buy his land, he may never have planned that when he needs the money, if his investment is at a temporary loss, he will have to sell his investment at a relative loss to meet his needs. He probably knows what he is trying to do and already thinks about the consequences. Perhaps, it was a plan already and it was allocated to buy land but had changed and decided to invest in Bitcoin which I believe was a good idea. He can buy more properties if his investment goes well but if he just invests in land, he can't buy Bitcoin or start any investment because he has nothing already aside from the property he acquired.
But yeah, he should not put all the money he has now since he is not working already, 75% is enough while 25% is reserved (IMO).

True, it depends on whether the property you purchased is in an area that will be developed shortly. It is not promising if you purchased land in an uncrowded or unknown location where it is hard for people to visit, it should be a decent looking location. Even though the place is not developed yet, the price of the property will continue to grow gradually because time will come that the place will develop. If you want to be profitable in just a couple of year with high ROI, I prefer to invest with Bitcoin.

Alot have not been in alignment between the thread title and wt is being written in the body of the thread and at some point it seems to me that the ops have hard a lot of misconceptions along the line,  because what is being mentioned in the thread is about comparing Bitcoin vs bank balance but with the title he stated that he want to buy bitcoin with the money he want to buy land with,  so the comparison should be between Bitcoin and land not Bitcoin vs bank balance because we all know how worthless the bank saving thing is.

So for sure let look in the direction of land vs Bitcoin,  because in this my side of the world,  government approved land is a big deal for you,  for that it price appreciate heavily,  but also I know thos is not same with other part of the world because this land investment is only allowed where there is no government control over land and at that,  there could be a lot of land peddling at some point.

If you had become interested in the bitcoin earlier (5 years ago), then by now, most likely, you would have already become the happy owner of your own land. This is better than a low-yielding bank deposit.
