This is an overnight project just to keep a backup of all active mixers in one place for now. It may estabilish and be developed in case there is some interest from the community.

I may eventually add the following features:

- Site status checker for each domain (both clearweb and onion)

- DNS and HTTPS certificate fingerprint change notifications and log for clearnet domains

- Publish source code

- Tokenized Bitcointalk accounts on the site in order to comment (no personal data, only the token generated by the site and associated bitcointalk UID after completing an automatic verification)
- Tokenized service admin accounts (verification via official email, DNS TXT record or a .txt file on site)

- Comments section for each service:
-- Commenting as a registered Bitcointalk user
-- Commenting as a service admin

- Delegate management of the list to 2-3 reputable Bitcointalk members assigned by a community vote. Management access exclusively via Tor.

• Automatic Bitcointalk profile linking by custom code verification added to a profile
• [Security] Bitcointalk link revocation in 1 click in case you don't want to keep your account associated with a token after you left a comment (since you can relink it anytime later)

I don't think that Whirlwind was classical exit scam, they simply stopped operating because they didn't profit as much as they expected.
As far as we know nobody lost any money there and people received refunds from escrowed funds, so more correct status would be CLOSED.
However, I have to say that is sucks how they stopped operating without an explanation.

Since I am not a native english speaker, I've used the 'arrest' term to describe infrastructure arrest as this term is often used in the international criminal law to designate good confiscation ("arrest of goods"), so it doesn't necessarily always means arrest of a person. And since their infra was arrested and never got back, I've just assumed the overall operation is "arrested".
Anyway, to avoid any confusion, I have changed this status to "SEIZED".

I've added information on mixers you mentioned, except Bestmixer, which was already added.

Maybe the operators intentions weren't to exit scam, but there is the fact that an actual scam happened:

the user `decodx` didn't get their deposited money back from the service, which means the service has scammed its user. This is independently of the fact the user got their funds from an escrow - which was only a matter of luck, since in the absence of an escrow fund the user wouldn't get compensated at all.

Since you are a developer too, maybe you (or anyone else) can create a bot that would record and periodically check a checksum of the site's main page html daily, then alert on Telegram/Twitter/Forum on changes?

I would be glad to mention such a bot at the site's main page and advise users on how to use it. The key point of its usefulness would be it being provided by someone else, not me, just to avoid trusting a single party.

There won't be frequent changes of the list I believe, unless some mixer wants to change their domains/contact information or a new mixer is added.

Anyone without a good earned reputation [not saying forum reputation] can scam anything. Because they do not have anything linked to lose. The site needs to build up it's own reputation first before anyone relay on the information that were posted.

The probability for the casino from your signature to scam someone within next 365 days is much higher than OP to publish phishing links. This is just a fact.

I find it interesting that so much time has passed since ChipMixer got seized by the investigators and still none of their bitcoin addresses has been sanctioned and added to the OFAC sanctions list. At the same time, Sinbad's escrow address for their signature campaign got wrongly added to the list immediately, and they also sanctioned a completely irrelevant address that has only received two BTC transactions and never held more than 0.00178516 BTC.

Please apply your hostility somewhere else.

It wasn't a hostile comment. He expressed what could happen. It's a possibility. You could become the world's biggest scammer tomorrow and so could I. Saying that isn't hostile.

I find this project quite nice. Until now, most people (to my knowledge) come on bitcointalk to find out links and infos of different mixing services. After the 1st of January, OP's website could become a good reference if he stays online.

It's cool to know that we have an up-to-date list somewhere, just as it's cool to have kycnot.me or tor.taxi for beginners looking for specific known onion websites. I mean, at the beginning, we had to trust kycnot.me too, and they never disappointed us for now.

I personally offer a lot of credibility when exch.cc tells us that OP is trustworthy. eXch service has been reliable for years, I use it very often, he is one of the few that offers such respect for our privacy. If you read his other posts, in his ANN, you will see that he clearly knows what he is talking about. We can't say to OP he may be a potential future scammer and at the same time ignore the point of view of someone which is honnest and reliable for years vouching for OP.

Bringing trust concerns is unnecessary as I only wanted to help to save this sinking ship and now just to be clear - I am not interested in maintaining this project for any long time.

As I said, it was an overnight project and only only a proof of concept, so if the community likes and finds it useful, it can keep it. I would be glad to give it out to any reputable member along with all the domains, paid servers and a source code in case someone wants to run it later.

If you have time, please add a section to verify the quality of these mixers, because I used one of them, and unfortunately the mixing algorithm was not that good, as I was able to determine the input addresses easily.
It appears that the order of the mixers was on the date the site was created, and this may seem a bit misleading.
What I liked is that I can use the site without JavaScript so good job @op.

I think this is OP's opportunity if he wants to grow his site. I have a good idea, I imagine the OP's site will be a kind of discussable reviews that only accepts whitelisted users from some bitcointalk members.

That's good. I am glad the upcoming rule isn't going to be as strictly enforced as we originally thought. In the end, I think we will be allowed to discuss anything regarding mixing without mentioning specific names or pointing users to a particular mixer. Obviously, links to mixers in signatures will be banned.

Also, the context is going to be important. Writing about mixing to bypass government regulations and avoiding taxes isn't going to be the same as talking about using a mixer to protect your privacy and prevent ordinary people to check the history of your coins.

1. Spamming accounts making false claims (false accusations) on arrival mixer topic
2. Spamming accounts making fake vouches/shilling.
3. Legitimate scam accusations or concerns

How do you plan to moderate this?
