Did you write the lyrics? And who sang, who played the melody? I guess more info would be nice to understand how much input is yours. I like the overall feel of it, actually. Some of the lyrics feel a bit stretched to match the song rhythm, and sometimes it was pretty hard for me to understand the sense of some phrases because of pretty advanced vocabulary that you don't expect from a Christmas song. But again, the overall feel is nice. It's light, casual, and it does feel like Christmas. Nice job, op.

Thanks very much @kryptqnick - yeah I wrote the lyrics. If they're hard to understand "Simply Bitcoin" actually went to the trouble of transcribing them after I posted the song on twitter... https://simplybitcoin.substack.com/p/happy-holidays-everyoneMe plus 1 other guy did the whole thing together. We've done 3 songs so far in a similar jazz songbook style. Been great fun and just trying to get as many Bitcoiners as possible to hear them.

Well, a new song about Bitcoin and also Christmas song. I agree with the post above that it is much better if you provide more information about the song like who write the lyrics, the singer and the composer. I will check it out later and maybe I came to like it but who knows. I have heard some crypto song and they did a good job creating it and I enjoyed it a lot when listen to it. It's not everyday that someone or a group of people make songs about Cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin.

If you wrote the lyrics, then whose voice is that? Yours? Though not my type of beats, you and your partner did well creating this. It really gives the soft Christmas vibe. Have you published this on other platforms? I mean like Spotify, etc? Because on YouTube, people may not be able to consistently stay there to play the song, but with some other audio streaming platforms, they can even put your song on repeat, or even add it to a Bitcoin song playlist where it could reach even more listeners.

Well, you did great on this piece; it shows off your talent, and I'm sure many people will notice your work, as many will be curious about your work because there are few people that do work like this, I mean dedicating a song and video for bitcoin. The time and effort given in this piece is meaningful, and it can be used as a form of advertisement for bitcoin to the crowd, as one of the best forms of advertisement is by song or video, but you did it both. Keep up the good work, and I hope you make more pieces like this to encourage more people with talent in the music industry to make more songs dedicated to bitcoin or crypto currency. We don't often see this kind of piece, so it's a big thing and a good thing someone has created a song and video for bitcoin.

I like the lyrics but not the melody , What I love in Christmas songs are those who have joyful tune and also with Fun , your voice and the tune sounds a break up song and not as christmassy as what you said it is. Sorry but just my Own opinion and my views for Music when it comes to this festive season , hope you take it as constructive criticism . But the effort and your objective really touches me , thanks for that.

I am currently listening to your Bitcoin Christmas song. Would you like some suggestions to improve it? The song has an old-fashioned vibe and should be more upbeat and celebratory for all ages. Suppose you could simplify the lyrics and make them more beginner-friendly with a joyful tune. In that case, I believe people would enjoy listening to it outside of Christmas, especially with the current rise in Bitcoin prices.
Thanks for your effort and talent. Not everyone can create Christmas songs without expecting something in return.

Nice song and lyrics, like that the picture of Hal Finney is in the background and of course, who wouldn't notice Satoshi's name in the piano. Although the song could have find a good jolly mood in my opinion, feel like it is very sad melody though. But in any case, it's good that we hear something different about Christmas and Bitcoin and what we should do about it (stacking sats).

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. To answer some comments... - I'm the composer/lyricist + piano/keys, the other guy is the singer/producer + other instruments. If you're looking for personal bios etc I'm afraid this is still a just for fun + anonymous project for now. I write pretty slowly too thanks to the day job + kids!! - I haven't published on Spotify, Apple etc, although the 3 songs are on Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/satoshissongbook (or even https://www.satoshissongbook.com/ which also includes the sheet music for any piano players out there!) p.s. song artwork all done by Dalle - still can't believe how great that tool is! - appreciate the critique too - I think it's fair that this is more of a melancholy song than something jovial + upbeat. I definitely agree those happy Christmas songs do better with a broad audience but I simply don't think I've got it in me to write something like that sorry! - @Freedom4All especially appreciate your offer to share it further!

Is it OK to save your song to use for some occasion sooner? since this may sounds new Christmas song to present in some friends and family, thanks in advance mate. I see some critics and I absolutely agreed on that but some of us prefer OP's kind of music while celebrating their romantic Christmas night so yeah it is depend on the person and depend in their mood to what kind of music to play.

Yes of course, absolutely no rights reserved! Feel free to download, use, reuse etc. If you wanted to download the audio I enabled that option on Soundcloud, whereas on Youtube I think there's various downloaders that could do the job!
