If someone has made a loss in buying and selling Ethereum, what is your suggestion? Should he\she hold Ethereum?
Is it possible for the price to reach $2300 before Christmas?

I can’t quote you a number, but it’s often seen that whenever Bitcoins go up in price, Ethereum and other major alts follow it. So there is high possibility that in the next bull run when the price of Bitcoins reach new ATH price, ETH will also go up and might break its ATH price. So I would suggest you to hold the coins and don’t sell now. Wait for the bull season to start.

That's right, it will coincide when Bitcoin goes to Halving, usually in 4 years there will be an increase in prices for all digital currencies, not just Ethereum, but all Crypto in all markets will soar, so there is an opportunity for everyone to hold Crypto which he thinks is worth investing in. It's not a coin that doesn't have a selling price in the market, it will be a loss later..

You gain nothing, so it is best you hold on and observe, definitely there will be a pump in Ethereum as it's pump is closely associated with the growth of Bitcoin.

Once the price of Bitcoin rises, ETH and some altcoins are deemed to follow the trend. Therefore, we don't have to look on the situation of ETH but rather look at Bitcoin. The good thing is that we saw the price keep moving which means that this month people are happy, people got their reward from holding and waiting. Selling is always an option but it was best to save it for the best when Bullrun comes. Might miss the $45k this holiday season but it's much more when waiting after halving.
ETH is one of the promising projects in the crypto market, it won't disappoint us if we hold until 2025.

Of course ETH will rise in the bull season, but we need to see that it is very impossible to predict the time until before Christmas, because it is only a few days away, it is a difficult step that can be taken if someone is investing short-term.

If someone buys any coin/token now, I enjoin the person not to fear but to hold it as long as possible. Holding our coins/tokens for more than 1 year now can't end in regrets because we are in the bullish season. I hope this settles your case.

And if you are still new in the world of cryptocurrency, I advise you not to entertain fear but to learn how the market works. Learn the project you are investing in and know the technical and fundamental sides of them so that they can be your guide while you invest at all times. Thankfully, you invested in Ethereum, and I believe that it is going to hit its ATH overtime soon. Hitting even more than $5000 over time will not be an issue and everyone should be happy by then.

Yet, your question is misleading as Ethereum itself hit above $2300 on the very day you made this post. Maybe it still buttresses to you being panic about the position, I don't know. Cryptocurrency investment is not something you key into and thinking to have profit within one day, one week, one Month or one Year but years to come. And Ethereum is not an investment scheme to get rich quick. But is a long term goal investment like Bitcoin. If the person is investing for a long period then he should invest in Ethereum but if it is to make make in a short time  then I will advise him to go for trading. Because there is no way some buy Ethereum when it was low and now that it on the rise, the person would never loss so I don't know how the person invested on it that made him to loss the coin in the investment.

And right now as Bitcoin price is coming down, Ethereum price too is coming down. The current price now is $2,220.65.  And anyone who is investing in Ethereum should hodle it till the price get to the ATH.

The answer is, no one knows. The crypto market is unpredictable and you can't know for sure what will come next. We can make a prediction based on recent market movements but that becoming true is never guaranteed. I can make a prediction but as the word suggests, it's a prediction. The reality could be entirely different from this.
It is better to do it on your own. If you keep following other's advice or analysis in the crypto world, you may not be able to navigate it freely. It should be done by you and the final choice should be yours.
The crypto world is for everyone but not everyone has the ability to live in this world. You need to be able to find a way to survive on your own. Your loss is someone else's profit in this world. the bull season already starting but we all know every bull season starting there are definitely unique factors that help the bullrun to be realized and in this case of the current market would be the news of ETF approval for ethereum and bitcoin, once the news about approval finally out thats the time the market kick in I guess i term of having massive rally and feel the bullrun at least thats what supposed to be happening in the future if things went smoothly.
moreover, when it comes to ethereum that we are talking about, we can just simlpy see the overall gas fee and also trading volume if it increase, bullrun is imminent, after all, ethereum one of the most utilized blockchain in existence, sometime the fee surpass bitcoin and even right now I think the fee already surpass bitcoin kinda speaks volume about the traffic of ethereum tbh.

are you for short term? because you are asking just this christmas meaning you wanted to take out the funds ? 2232 is the proce of Ethereum right now and you are asking just 2300  means its 68 bucks before it reaches that price and I think it will be easy as 123 for Ethereum breaking that.

The price of every crypto projects can turn out to be very volatile doing the consolidation moves and charts. We're in the months of financial breakthroughs, and we should never underestimate any other clubs other than pressing in for our sleepless nights and all day work on projects. Buying and selling ethereum can be triggered when there's strong evidence of either a bull or bear season. We're humans and not perfect, we are open to new opportunities everyday in the space, seeking knowledge is also important, that's one of the easiest way to grow in the space.

Unless you have sold all of your Ethereum you are still in the game to recover your loss and make a profit. Keep on holding and if the market keeps on staying in the green zone you would make enough profit. It is not that easy to predict the price of any cryptocurrency as there is always the factor of uncertainty in the crypto universe which can stop Ethereum from reaching the price point you are seeking. But looking at the present situation where the price of Ethereum is already above $2200 it won't be hard for it to reach $2300 before the 25th of this month.

Top crypto coins are better to hold for the long term, despite how the market trends and their prices dip, they'll eventually find there way back to the to top and become more profitable again. So I'll also advise OP to continue holding his Ethereum, hopefully the price will reach and even surpass his expectations. Until we reach the peak of Bitcoin bull run, investors will continue to be focusing more on it, when in the peak investors will use their profits from Bitcoin, to buy altcoins, which will experience their bull run too. When altcoins, are in bull run, we'll be very certain that Ethereum, will take the lead in being profitable, so again if it's possible to hold your Ethereum, till bull run, then don't hesitate to do so.

Well I will say the same thing for ethereum and bitcoin. I do not think there is any reason for wanting to sell them. And why do you want to sell them before christmas? If you need it for christmas money I do not think you should.

If Christmas should be the reason why people want to sell out ethereum their is no need for that because the Christmas season is just a distraction,  it will come and go and after all the celebrations people will regrets in spending all there money. It is better to still hodl because their is gain in it.

We are now in a 'bull market' so it is not a good time to sell any of your coins. I do not know if you have to get the money right now but this is the only reason to sell them how market is.

This season it is not the right time to sell out because the price in the market will still keep increasing, the reason why we decide to invest must be the reason why need to still keep hodling.

During this period I have witnessed substantial and consistent growth, despite the fact that there were bearish trends when similar to Bitcoin its price was also dropped significantly. In the context of my experience, I would suggest you toconsider holding it for long term or at least wait for potential Christmas rally, which historically has yielded handsome profit for investors.

I suggest to that person to continue holding Ethereum. Don't ever sell it if he/she is at a loss. All the losses he sees right now are just a paper loss, it will only be a loss if he decides to sell it. No one can tell if Ethereum will reach that price or if any other crypto in the market will increase before Christmas. But the only thing we all know is that the bull run hasn't even started yet.

  Well, maybe when it comes to the long term, ethereum is also one of its good works, apart from Bitcoin. That's why the only thing I don't like about ETH is its high transaction fee. Second, I'm not an ETH fanatic either.

  I prefer other cryptocurrencies to hold than ETH; maybe others may not agree with me. That's why I don't really like ETH, to be honest. Sorry to the ETH fanatics; we each have our own crypto bets, of course.
