December 12, 2010 06: 22: 33:00 It seems like just yesterday #Satoshinakamoto posted his last message. Although much time has passed, his genius impact on the world are still evident. Satoshi is a true genius of our time. His invention, #Bitcoin BTC, is not just a cryptocurrency; it's a revolution in thinking and approach to money. In an era dominated by control and regulation, Bitcoin offers an alternative - a world where people, not governments, have control over money. Satoshi's contribution to decentralization and his fight against the financial dictatorship of governments is more than just a technological marvel. It's a movement for financial freedom and sovereignty. His work paved the way for reducing total government control over money, a step toward greater freedom for people around the world. What's most intriguing is that Satoshi chose the path of anonymity, not just for mystique but also for his safety. In a time when many seek fame and recognition, Satoshi chose to stay in the shadows to protect himself and his work. His disappearance is not just an act of self-preservation but also a reminder that not everything in life revolves around personal fame. post link source

Very interesting review. If I read, it seems there is a special good moral message shown by the creator of Bitcoin in this case Satoshi. Now. As for the final results, we still don't know what the future will look like if we look at it in the long term. But, if someone is a typical conservative investor, perhaps he would prefer to stay away from BTC and prefer stable and secure assets, Maybe the reason, he sees the consensus system and the potential for blockchain splitting even though it is considered for its initial improvements in BTC.

December 12, 2010
Tomorrow will be an anniversary for his last active day in Bitcointalk. It's 13 years since Satoshi Nakamoto's last active day on the forum.
No one can say why Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared in 2010, no Goodbye, no thing, just disappeared after one day. It could be a planned disappearance, abandonment but it could be an accident that was not in any plan of Satoshi Nakamoto. I still believe that it is his plan but there is no evidence to prove it is right or wrong. Five months later, Gavin will visit the CIA. If Satoshi Nakamoto did not disappear, will he visit the CIA, not Gavin Andresen?

Why should we take moral messages from Satoshi? Not communicating at all is not a moral message. It is an ambiguous message that should be treated just like that. What if Satoshi died? What if Satoshi lost his private key and is too embarrassed to let anyone know this? What if Satoshi was too f@#$ing fed up with the Bitcoin community for their asinine behavior? I certainly am. Satoshi could have simply been upset about how people were using Bitcoin for nefarious purposes and wanted no part in it. What if Satoshi was embarrassed that he could not design Bitcoin with a mining algorithm that advanced science as well as established secure decentralized consensus? What if Satoshi did not want to reveal his identity because he was really fat and ugly (and maybe he died of obesity too)? This sort of hero worship is antithetical to the principles of Bitcoin. Hero worship is also antithetical to sound judgment because if are worshipping their heros, they cannot be critical of this ideal in any way. -Joseph Van Name Ph.D.

I do hope your BitcoinJ continues to be developed into an alternative client. It gives Java devs something to work on, and it's easier with a simpler foundation that doesn't have to do everything. It'll get critical mass when impatient new users can get started using it while the other one is still downloading the block chain.

Maybe Satoshi wanted Bitcoin to be associated with cryptography, mathematics, and innovation rather than illegal drug use. It is a shame that Bitcoin is more associated with nefarious transactions instead of scientific innovation. And there could be other reasons why Satoshi was not satisfied with the Bitcoin community. -Joseph Van Name Ph.D.

He literally gave that description of anonymity with his disappearance and, this type of credit is a truly well deserved to him. I think if he's still around he'd also praise the entire community because he'd probable say that he can't do this alone without the help of the community that has trusted his vision and the Bitcoin project that he has started with. It all takes a bold step of initiative and movement to take into decentralization to this level. While many are still talking about belittling about this piece of code of money to them, see how far it goes and it's unbelievable. The true meaning of potential has manifested on Bitcoin and we're not even yet on the peak of it.

What a time to be here, I am glad we have a place to call our own in this industry where we have helped each other to learn more about Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency industry, 13 years since Satoshi became inactive here in the forum and yet his posts and contribution have been a fundamental reference point for us all, this is so practical for Satoshi to have gone behind the scenes to avoid any possible manipulation, conspiracy, and interference with bitcoin and it development.
I read somewhere in the Bitcoin white paper where Satoshi mentioned that Bitcoin should be allowed to be involved with time void of any possible interference, and this reason has proven that we must acknowledge that fact and also follow the same pattern in our involvement with Bitcoin.

December 12, 2010 06: 22: 33:00 It seems like just yesterday
For me it seems like tomorrow, hehe, because it's still 11th December in my place even on the forum time, the date is 11th December, I don't think it is 12th December in your place either, I assume you are celebrating 12 December (the day when Satoshi made his last reply according to you) on 11th December. Aren't you a bit early, you should have waited for the 12th of December at least. But it's your choice, nobody will judge you In a time when many seek fame and recognition, Satoshi chose to stay in the shadows to protect himself and his work. His disappearance is not just an act of self-preservation but also a reminder that not everything in life revolves around personal fame.
So, you are one of those who still think Satoshi is alive and still waiting for the right time to enter into this era again, I hope he will be alive, but it does not matter now either his existence matters for the regulatory authorities, because Blockchain is now out of his (Satoshi) hands as everything is public and managed by the public also, then why would Satoshi still prefer anonymity while many other fake Satoshi came into being declaring themselves Satoshi while they are not. If theymos can remain hidden then why satoshi can't, I think he is dead! maybe I am wrong or right, but that's what I assume.

Satoshi had an objective of establishing bitcoin as a digital and cryptocurrency, so the objective is not for short term investment but the objective is long-term investment, so therefore it's very obvious that bitcoin investment or bitcoin as well will continue to dominance over others and reasoning or having double thought of bitcoin and stablecoins, do you know that stablecoins is not profitable like bitcoin so all eyes and hope is dependable on bitcoin.

-Well I have some ideas that can save all of our lives, but people are not paying me enough nor are people appreciative enough of me in order for me to continue promulgating such ideas, so I have given up. I will no longer make an attempt to save lives, and I am sorry that I have ever tried to save lives. But I am willing (for a substantial fee) to apply some of the machine learning techniques that I have developed to all of Satoshi's writings so that I can try to figure out who this Satoshi character is. Perhaps cryptocurrencies should all implement a system where if coins are not moved for a long time then those coins must pay a certain fee to the miners so that the coins exponentially decay in value. This will make it harder for someone who has a whole bunch of coins but who has been silent for the longest time to suddenly appear and disrupt the market. Or maybe that will make it harder for users to use cryptocurrency technologies. -Joseph Van Name Ph.D.

I think what scared him off was when some bitcoin developer was being interviewed by the CIA, I forget who that was. Also the SilkRoad (or Wikileaks) was starting to gain traction and he knew that the longer he stayed then he might eventually be Doxxed. I think he left at the perfect time.
Eventually someone would of discovered him and would of put bitcoins future in jeopardy knowing that they might steal his bitcoin keys and dump all the bitcoins all at once and cause it to crash. His departing this way is what makes Bitcoin so special and mysterious.

That's the last message of Satoshi from this forum, but that's not the last time he spoke. He was still in communication with somebody in 2011. That was the last message of him in this forum. But his last message was made outisde this forum, on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 to Mike Hearn: https://plan99.net/~mike/satoshi-emails/thread5.htmlI've moved on to other things. It'll get critical mass when impatient new users can get started using it while the other one is still downloading the block chain. Although this was the last time somebody reached Satoshi, this wasn't probably the last time everybody heard the words of Satoshi. I think it was Satoshi Nakamoto himself who clarified to the public that he wasn't Dorian Nakamoto. This was in 2014 when Dorian Nakamoto was suspected of being Satoshi. Dorian's life was severely disrupted by the coverage he got from the media because of this false suspicion. I think what scared him off was when some bitcoin developer was being interviewed by the CIA, I forget who that was. Also the SilkRoad (or Wikileaks) was starting to gain traction and he knew that the longer he stayed then he might eventually be Doxxed. I think he left at the perfect time.

Are you referring to Gavin Andresen to whom Satoshi left his creation? Yes, Satoshi didn't like the idea of Wikileaks accepting Bitcoin. He thought it was premature for Bitcoin to gain strong yet unwanted attention. He was worried that at that stage, Bitcoin might get attacked and destroyed.
