I think discipline in theory is far from the reality of experience, and most of us gamble without any limits. Whether it's professional players or people looking for relaxation, I don't believe time management is the basis, I think gamblers will also have their own views on the approach. Your point is valid theoretically speaking because of the existence of house edge. Casino will win the longer you play because they have the game advantage as well as the bankroll that’s why gambler shouldn’t be playing for long.

However gambling should be use for entertainment purposes which means the duration of playing shouldn’t be a big deal as long as the player is still enjoying. I love this advice, they are good and acute but I think each gambler that loves casino games should observed their way of playing and the default time they used in playing and should stick to that time, it will help them manage their addiction life and potential addiction road to gambling.

Yes I highly agree that the time we have spent in gambling is something that we need to control. It's actually what I need until today because the more I have spent my time to doing online gambling, the more that I can potentially lose money.

It reminded me back then when I was really bored due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, I was thinking of gambling in some online crypto casino sites and sports betting out there. Yes I did win some, but for most of the time I lost. The duration a person spents in a casino is not an issue for me, the major issue for me is that, for the time you've spent, how much have you won. If I get to a casino and I spend five minutes and wins good amount of money, I'm leaving the next minute. I disagree and at the same time agree with some of the fantastic points that you have made. I will enumerate them below

First, what may work for you in terms of shorter play may not work for the other person. If you think gambling is fun and take it as a form of entertainment, it is not bout the time spent but if you are happy while at it. No right thinking person should spend more than an hour there.

I do not agree with the statement that you should spend 20minutes everyday gambling. I'd say that you shouldn't gamble everyday because of you do, it becomes more like responsibility than something to help relieve stress.
