I am really glad to see by the results of the poll that people are spending less money on gambling in casinos and instead hopefully using that money to bring their friends and families joy this holiday! Or even using the money to improve themselves! Both are good.

I always try to spend as little money as I can on gambling, because I only gamble for fun. Sure, I might win or lose big sometimes, but I try to not let it get to my head. I would rather save the money on Bitcoin and give the BTC to a nocoiner as a Christmas gift. that ensures a better world, in my personal view

Not only I am not spending money more or less on the casino but I only use the money wagered from before to enjoy the bonuses the casino gives during this holiday time and by playing only slot machines with minimum bet to enjoy myself some good slot sessions.I am betting most on sport betting since it is the holiday season and we would not have that many games to bet so I am switching my focus to NBA as I usually play soccer bets,I only play over bets there and I consider that type of bet as a lottery,you either hit or don't hit but there is not much analysis involved there.

I've got my holiday affairs in order now and I would not be in the negative even if I go a little more on gambling this week and the next, so I'm definitely filling up the bankroll with a little more moolah than usual and splurge it on gambling before the year ends. I got few people to celebrate it with besides family anyway so I'm expecting myself to remain inside the house until the end of the year, and since I don't got any other things to take care of at this point I'm pretty much just gonna take this time to relax and unwind, which wouldn't be wise nowadays cause from where I live, everyone's so busy and frantic to make it to christmas with gifts and all that so there's more traffic and more people inside malls. I'd rather stay home than be like them and inconvenience myself.

To some though since it's not like everyone's got enough money to splurge they may spend less on gambling this year, some just doesn't see the point in wasting even more money on one of the most expensive holidays and that's okay too I guess. There's no way on telling since we dont know on whats up into their minds into those people who are really that playing gambling on which neither they are playing gambling for fun or really just that playing for making money. Even if we do say that you are that playing for fun but on the time that you are on gambling sessions then those things would gradually be changed up on the time that you would really be that playing longer with gambling and this isnt something shocking because no one really likes on losing money even if you do say that you are just gambling for fun. You would really be having those kind of thoughts and mindset that you would really be that trying to cope up with those losses that you had made out.

Now that we are on a holiday season then it wont really be that bad that you should really be that less spending with your gambling activity and it would really be just that better that you should
be that spending up some money into your loved ones on buying up some presents and things which they do really like. There are really just those people who dont mind that much about their family or loved ones.

I think it can be read as a repeated story but I don't use funds from my formal income, obviously I started with some of that but the idea is to do it to have a bankroll, which essentially depends on your gaming income.

The majority of those who chose no,  that they are not gambling this holiday period are eventually going to gamble at the end of the day because many of them are going to have a long period pf free time and at that will want to ease out the time gambling and since this period we are going to be around friends and family who we have similar activities with we may endure in games but if not gambling anyways.

But those who are just going to take time off to rest will definitely gamble more this period and at the only way to avoid that is to schedule your timing and not spend too much time on anything that is in included in your timetable for this period if not so,  you will always fall back to gambling and even spending more time on it while you may not even notice that at some point.

I gamble less during the holidays because I have other things to take care of. I should also say that I drink less alcohol during the holidays. I find it hard to focus on other things when I'm exploring new places and meeting new people. Fortunately, vacations are one week or two weeks a year. I just give them a break for a week or two weeks.

and there are other activities that you will be busy with. that is, if you are a person with so many gatherings to go to. but if you are an introvert person, i would say you would gamble more because you would prefer to be in front of your computer and your games.

Definitely gonna spend less, might even not gamble at all cause it's going to be very busy for me this coming holidays. Lots of family and relatives coming over for christmas and they're expected to stay here up until the New Year's Eve, so I gotta prepare. To some people who have it easy and might have extra pocket change lying around they might spend more this coming holidays on gambling than usual, to me it's fine and dandy as long as they know how to limit themselves. My spending remains stable for two reasons....
Firstly, because I have well-defined time and money goals and I don't exceed them even on special occasions.
Secondly because I'm not going to take a vacation, so my free time will continue to be the same as in the past months.

But, considering players in general, I believe that the trend is for casinos to be much busier for two reasons: Greater number of "idle" players, especially young people who are going on school holidays. And the other is through salary bonuses, which is common in many countries.

I believe that for casinos this is a very profitable time of year.

Although you have more funds due to Christmas bonuses, you also have more expenses. Thus, this extra money usually goes towards expiring insurance, road taxes, purchasing gifts and Christmas decorations, and so on. I understand that, however, as a gambler, we like this kind of entertainment, so if not gambling is resulting to depriving ourselves with the kind of happiness we are looking, that's not good though. I mean, gambling isn't that expensive, most of the casinos here could allow at a minimum of $1 per bet, may lessen your budge to what you can only dispose, so you can still take care of the most important things you need to spend on this holiday season.

IMO, it's just all about financial management, regardless on how much you are earing (at least you're earning), as long as you know how to manage your funds, you should not struggle financially. Struggles will only come once you hit with "gambling addiction" which I hope you haven't experience it yet and will never experience it.

You need to resist the desire to gamble if you do not have the money, by this time most of the expenses we all had to make are over so we will have some time to recover, and once you do you can begin to gamble again if you want, so take this as a test, if you can avoid gambling even when you want it then you will know you have a very good control over yourself and this hobby, but if you cannot do it then this should probably be a sign that you should try to become more disciplined from now on and gamble even less than in the recent past
