If it's not a secret, in what percentage is your TOR site used compared to the same on clearnet?
I'm more curious how many users prefer Tor, I guess crypto people use it more compared to some other niches on the internet.

That's going to be a problem since I don't keep metrics for Tor or the mirror sites, only the clearnet primary domain.

It seems like I can reach the onionsite when going through tor's SOCKS5 proxy that's running on the same server, but I can't access the same link through Tor Browser.

I have no clue what's going on. It doesn't look like resources are exhausted.

There are onion hosting services on the darknet, but they are 3x more expensive than what I currently use.

I was more curious about how many people actually use Tor for informational sites like yours. You already spend a certain amount of time and resources on maintaining the onion page, I assume that the number of visits is not minor.

On the clearnet website you have onion official links to each service (at least those that have them), so copy/paste links is not a big problem if someone wants to switch to onion when using the service.

Update: I just realized I forgot to add Trocador and TheChange yesterday. I'll get those listed in a few hours.
Since you are already adding those two services maybe you should also add OrangeFren.com
They are fairly active in bitcointalk forum and I think they have interesting Affiliate Program for people who are interested in that.

Don't forget to take your Bitcoins and Monero out of Agoradesk and LocalMonero if you still have any inside their platform. They are shutting down on November 7, and if you don't withdraw your coins by then, they will be lost forever.

@NotATether, You removed Yomix from the list, but did you have any open requests for affiliate payout or did I mess something up with another mixer?
If so, how did it end?

If so, how did it end?

A few hours after I created the Yomix affiliate account, I was alerted here about their fraudulent activity, so the affiliate link was never at any point placed on the site. It is sitting proudly at 0 referrals, and I intend to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, before anyone asks, I had no referrals to RoyalMix, either. Though quite a few people clicked on the link.

I checked something about Yomix, they are still operational, it seems that people are still using their service for mixing. I haven't seen any complaints recently.
If I'm not mistaken, you have some unpaid commissions left from Tumbler, maybe that's why I thought of Yomix.

Small site update today.

StealthEX has been removed from the list of private exchanges. I was asked by their CEO to remove their website off the list for regulatory reasons.

That's weird. I've never seen regulation that makes any demands for what third party sites do.

That's weird. I've never seen regulation that makes any demands for what third party sites do.
The only reason why they could demand this is if they don't want to be categorized as a private exchange.
I see that they reserve the right to ask for KYC from their users at some point, I guess the only reason they can be considered 'private' is because they support XMR.

I have never heard of a situation where a company/business has asked for their name to be removed from a list. One business asking another to remove their name from a website citing regulatory reasons might be something common in general but is definitely not common here.

When did it ever happen in this forum regarding threads mentioning companies? Out of curiosity, if you did not adhere to their request, what do you think they would have done next?

It was not a regulatory order, but a request by their CEO.

But if you want, I can dump the email here. It doesn't seem to have any redacted or secret information inside.

I wouldn't reveal that email content in public, but I don't like how they reacted with this removal request.
If they are so scared about regulations they should just close their exchange, not being pathetic and contacting every website that lists their service.
I wonder if they contacted kycnot.me for removal also... they have very poor rating there.

I don't see a reason why not.
If it doesn't take up too much of your time, and you think it could be useful, it's always welcome to have such collections.

Have you done any research on how your site ranks in searches for certain terms? Perhaps your users came to the site looking for the p2p exchange option?

I like P2P marketplaces.

Do you think I should add a category for them on the site?

yes, that would be a nice addition to the other lists.
it would make it much easier to find them and recommend to others, definitely worth adding imo.

Have you done any research on how your site ranks in searches for certain terms? Perhaps your users came to the site looking for the p2p exchange option?

No, but I am on page 2 of Google for "bitcoin mixers list".

That might be a bit of a problem since the top results all show seized mixers and closed mixers, with only 1-2 active mixers, but most of my traffic comes from this ANN thread.

I am thinking about adding the following sites:

HodlHodl
LocalCoinSwap
Paxful
Noones
Peach Bitcoin (already on the site but it's in the wrong category IMO)
Binance P2P

Did I miss any?

And yes I know some of these sites require KYC, so I should probably note that and what the maximum amount you can trade is before hitting that threshold.

Edit: Robosats and Bisq would be moved to the new list too.
