Please check whether the cable is connected properly. If there is no problem with the cable, use the test fixture to test the board.

This is the most important part of any Bitmain kernel log you read, you should always check the ASIC count status.

Sadly, with all of these different varieties of the same miner mode, it became very difficult to remember the number of chips on each hashboard, but for your miner it seems like the number is 88 ASIC, if it finds less than that on any of the hashboards (called chain in the kernel log) the miner won't hash away.

You can see that your chain 0 (probably the left with you facing the miner) managed to find only 81 ASICs, while 1 and 2 found 88, in the first attempt it found 82, it tried again to hopefully find 88 but it only found 81 the second time, this means, you most likely have an issue in that domain anywhere around chip 81-82-83-84, this will need some skills and knowledge to fix.

So if it's still under warranty, file a warranty ticket, otherwise, just remove chain 0 from the miner and the miner would hash with 2/3 of it's hashrate.

also to be sure that it's indeed a chip failure, you may switch 0 and 1 chains and check.

If the warranty is done with, there are a few things you could try, you could try freezing the hashboard for 1-2 days (put it in a sealed plastic bag inside the freezer), I had some luck with this method, the other method would be the opposite, which is putting it in the oven or something, but I'd be careful doing so although some people reported success with it.

so ya, it all boils down to the warranty, if it's still valid -- do not even attempt to switch hashboards as that will void the warranty.

It seems there is issue on the first hashboard just like others pointed too.
I have another suggestion As the above said it can void the warranty if you touch any hardware so focus on software-related issues and maybe we can fixed/bypass this issue and let the miner run normally.

First, try to run the miner at low power mode you can find this under pool configuration this works sometimes.

2nd if you want to bypass and want to keep the first hashboard try to boot this unit with Braiins OS and let it ignore the 1 ASIC chip.
