So let me try and get things straight here. You are like running a promotional campaign, which is for casino sites where users are required to do some particular task in order for them to earn a reward that they can use to place a bet either at any casino of their choice or at any of the casinos they perform the task at.
 
As I can see, anyone who wants to participate will need to have an account with your site first, which is where the task will be allocated to them on a daily basis, and they will complete and report their task back to you.
 
If that's the case, I will see that this is just in the form of a bounty or shilling, and the only connection it has with the gambling section is that you are trying to promote some casinos that are listed or are partnering with you.

It is obvious that you would say no KYC but when  it dawns on you that the government agencies would come after you, you would begin to demand for members to do KYC as it checked you have no license does ot mean that your services does not require you having a licence because from looks, there are some task of me would need to do which means that you are in one way or the other benefiting from your client tasks as affiliate to the casino and that would require some form of requirements and I believe you that.  Would you tell me that you ignored the licensing or you do not require being licenced?

just wondering, since this is not the casino itself, do they really need to be licensed? they are just third party offering some rewards. i can understand the casino itself can have their license. so it is up to the user if he will avail the rewards and sign up in the casino using their affiliate link. the user himself is responsible for checking the casino itself about the terms and conditions. this third party site is not responsible whether you will submit your kyc to the casino or not.

To be truthful, they are not a casino, but they have something to gain from the relationship they share with the casinos listed on their website, and for that reason, their benefits would be much greater in consonant with the traffic they get through their website to the casinos.

KYC related issue may come in any casino and affiliate site has nothing to do with it. There is no review site or affiliate site which give guarantee that there will be no issue in the future. If an issue happen, we cant blame the affiliate/review site because once we join in a casino through a review/affiliate site, we should be ready for any possible issue that may come in the casino. Although you're right that the site uses their referral link for new sign ups, I think they're following a model that's probably more like a cash-back site. It's popular among online shoppers because they could collect cash-backs and points, giving them a sort of discount from their online purchases.
