In Need of a $10k Loan, Collateral Available

I have a 1 year + old startup website that gets about 187k impressions on Google but I can't get best result because of its current theme …I need a $10k BTC loan to hire developers to dev new unique and SEO friendly theme including adding more features for my users. I will repay $13000 or interest can be discussed, I will repay the loan by January. The website domain can be held as a collateral as long as the DNS will keep pointing to its current hosting until the loan is paid.

187k visitors per year it's not a big goal, and a lot depends on how your visitors come, whether they are organic visits or you paid for advertising somewhere. If at least some part is real visits, then you should have already monetized at least a small part and that would certainly facilitate your further development.
I'm pretty sure your site isn't worth $15,000 and you'll have a hard time getting a loan with it as collateral.

You may not be planning to sell the domain, but the question is what if you default the loan?

How does the lender recover their money if they have nowhere to sell off the domain for the amount of money they lent to you. We also have to look at the side of failure of the deal, which sometimes happens. The lender needs to have a kind of collateral they can easily liquidate to recover their funds in case things do not go as planned.

Explain why you need to verify collateral only to the person issuing the loan.  The community as a whole is a better indicator of the collateral worth.

I don't know if it's the OP who's reported my post with the offer to do the work for $350. It's deleted. The OP knows devs don't charge $10k to change themes so his story can't be true. Who's going to trust him. If he's telling the truth he should've thanked me for saving him $9650 but he's happy to ignore the offer.

It's first I've heard a webmaster who's paying devs $10k to change themes. If ppl offered to save me $9650 I'd explain the work after saying thanks. He's ignored my offer to complete the job for $350. He'll probably ignore your post.

Liquidating the website is out of the question, I'm certain to repay the loan on 2nd January. I'm putting the domain as collateral because I've noticed the community only accepts digital assets. websites with good traffic and low running costs are easy to liquidate.

You're changing the story it sounds like a scam. OP you didn't say anything about mobile apps before. Why didn't you mention it when asking for the loan? The community doesn't accept domain as collateral. If you're certain you'll repay it on Jan 2 ask banks for personal loans or against your house.
