Exactly the point bud, it's like a common proverb well known in this part of my country where it's commonly believed that, selling a plot of land to raise money to bury a dead person, is like losing two relatives and burying the both of dead bodies at the same time.

What does this mean? It's simple, a land is an asset that appreciates in value over time, but a dead body is a waste, that will go into the ground and become a dust, it does not bring any value or benefit to the living, when you lose something of value, that could possibly and potentially make you a millionaire in the future, to dispose off a waste, something of no value to you or to anyone else, then you have simply lost on both sides, a relative and an asset.

Yes that's right, I also don't understand what exactly their purpose is why they claim something they never actually got, I think one of the reasons that might be in their minds is that they want to be someone who is superior to others or some of their friends, but will your friends just believe what you say? No buddy, it's not that easy to believe in something if there is absolutely no evidence shown, and if you do provide real evidence that you really get a win then obviously it doesn't matter because those of us who see will also easily believe that you really managed to win.

People do this because they are scammers. They want to earn money in illegitimate and disgusting ways. Sure, that is what I mean. There are ulterior motives most of the times when people on the internet try to lie about money. In the context of social Media, I have been told and read before that it is an ecosystem where much of the people pretend to be someone who they are not in reality: excessive use of filters for pictures, staged events or vacations, even undisclosed advertising in their publications. It doesn't matter because it will depend on people's trust in those who make the claim. If those who make these claims often lie and cheat, the people around them will not believe their win and will ignore them. Yes you are right It is confusing why someone would lie to others especially when they know they won't succeed. We should be careful and not believe everything we hear.
