Not the rarest among Casascius, the rarest brass Casascius Correct. Only about 1650 coins were assembled like this. |

It is just different lighting...
And does that mean you think this coin if counterfeit/fake ?
I mean that the first two pictures are different from the third picture and due to poor resolution the font looks slightly different. I'm not saying/thinking it's a fake, but it would be helpful to recognize the condition of the coin.. |

Why is it the rarest among the Casascius?
It is the rarest among the brass Casascius coins because it was originally released with an error in the hologram. Once the holograms were corrected, the remaining stock was switched over to the new hologram but there weren’t many left compared to other releases. That makes it more rare than even the first error coin, which you might think would be the most sought after. |
